If HACS looks different for you, you may have experimental features turned on. Check this article to fix it: community.home-assistant.io/t/hacs-problem-different-interface/474724
Thank you for a great tutorial. When almost at the beginning you said "First thing it tells you to do is to go to Home Assistant..." I actually screamed because that was the point the "official guide" lost me. :D It just says "go to Add-ons"! I know I'm a noob and maybe I should know what Add-ons are being talked about, but it definitely is not obvious from the guide. So again, thank you for explaining better.
I tried looking into the pinned comment but I cannot find any check box to disable experimental features, then I saw that the HACS is version 2.0.1, I'm guessing this means that I am unable to get the interface that you had in the video?
I’ve followed all this but when I click on hacs it takes be to a dashboard but it just shows on line 1 HACS and line 2 Alexa. If I click on hacs from there I just get an info page
I got it installed and configured and authorized w/ github, but when I go to add a repository in either Integrations or Front End, it just gives me a spinning circle when I click on any of them. Any idea what's happening here?
Hello, I just get the new home assistant green and follow the steps but when I copy & past it on terminal & ssh I get a message saying : No such file or directory. Can you help me please? Thanks

Yeah, they finally rolled out the update, so the version in the video is not current

Hi, can smarthing be integrated into the home adsistant? Thanks
yes it can! that's how I started with Home Assistant. Then I slowly migrated my devices over from ST to directly connect them to Home Assistant.
Mine won't stop saying "waiting for device activation" any idea?
hmm that's weird! Did you try clearing your browser's cache?
Congrulations, very good, i am from Brazil.
Thank you very much!
My Home assistant doesn't have "addons"?
You probably aren't running a supervised version of HA

Make sure you don't use Ctrl+V to paste, you need to right-click and paste. Try that and see if you get the error
Yes, that’s what I did but I am using a Mac don’t know if it’s different
@@daadsantos I'd try typing it out just in case
@@makeitworktech I did it, but now it shows a slide different message: "wget [-cqS] [--spider] [-0 FILE] [-0LOGFILE] [--header STR] etc....
