This is about a florist who is beloved by the town and called "The Flower of the Plateau". She hides the fact that she used to be a prostitute by any means necessary, so when a man who knew her from her "unclean" days arrives, she quickly disposes of him; and when her child arrives looking for his mother, she knows that she is his mother and kills him as well so no one will ever know her past. She believes that maintaining her current image and lifestyle is the key to her happiness.
Though if you mean in context with everyone else, I'm pretty sure she's a reincarnation of Eve Moonlit and was around when Venomania was rampant. She's connected to the sins of Lust and Sloth. She later reincarnates into the Princess who Brought Sleep and shares themes of using unethical means to achieve happiness.
