I've been playing Magikarp Jump a ton on my live stream! Over the past few days I picked up a ton of hidden magikarp jump secrets that you probably didn't know about! They include hidden encounters, how to evolve gyarados easter egg, how to catch dratini easter egg, the television easter egg and the pidgeotto easter egg too! There's so many hidden easter eggs in this game and I haven't even found them all yet!

Here's a tip for you: Just before your magikarp gets to max level, go to the league and play until you lose. Normally you'd have to wait 1.5 hours to try again, but if your magikarp hits max level it will cancel the timer no matter how much is left on it. This way you can get a few extra coins from the loss, get the last level and skipping the timer and netting a few extra coins as well as possibly getting a few events that need a loss to get.

I think the reason Gyarados can't stay in the pond is because of Wishiwashi; I sometimes see what looks like a silhouette of a Wishiwashi school swim by and, according to what I've read on them, Wishiwashi schools terrify Gyarados. So perhaps the Gyarados stays with Mayor Karp not because the mayor is a thief but because it is too scared to reside in a pond with Wishiwashi in it!
Whishiwashi are weak when they are alone and it just the team work that make them strong
You can catch a ditto if you see a rod facing the opposite direction of the others please mention me if you use this in a video

There is another one secret. When you fish a new magikarp and you see one rod is diffent than 2 others, pick that rod and you will fish a ditto tranform into magikarp. You will receive a ditto cussion for that event

Because this was supposed to be about Magikarp battling through jumping so reasonable why not to keep those 2 but I would like to see them running around aquarium that’s for sure.
Actually if you press 'Stay' it will just say '...' then gives you the option to Leave or Stay again. Worked for me!

My friend tested to stay several times and it just loops again and again till you push leave
I evolved my Shiny and my next pull was a Shiny Magikarp.

First fact is incorrect, you can even read it at 2:01 which says "going through this scary experience made your magikarp a little tougher. It's max level went up by 1!"
Plus if you look at his level before and after the event you can see the magikarp's level didn't increase, but it's max level did.

If you're already at level 100, the creepy girl doesn't increase your max rank. You'll get the message saying your max rank has gone up, but when you go back it will still show you as 100/100, and if you level up it will stay there.

The same Gyrados thing happened to me by accident. I had my first shiny magikarp, the stone broke, and it evolved into red gyrados
There’s nothing worse than naming a cute Magikarp after your beloved cat and then a Pidgeotto takes it at the berry tree.
I pressed stay like 14 times but i pressed leave, and it still gave me a level up. Doesn't matter if you press stay or leave.
8:19 Alternatively: Crack it late, so at any level past 20, crack the stone, it will evolve the next level up. I cracked it at level 25, it level up at 26, but my Magikarp's max level was at 28.

In the 'Be Gone' one, it raises your max level of your Magikarp, even if you haven't hit the (former) max level yet. Also, you can do it multiple times, but only once per Magikarp.

One of the ghost girl's lines is the one you get before encountering the Ghost Marowak in Red and Blue.
It had the body of a magickarp and the face of a Ditto! The way I got it was by accident, I went to got get a new magickarp because I did what you did in your video :/ and I saw that one of the fishing rods where in a different position and I clicked on it. A magickarp appeared with a Ditto face and then the text for the fisherman changed and it was hilarious XD and what you get after that is the Ditto cushion to be unlocked for you. (I wish it would give it to you instead) so yea I hope I helped you find all the secrets!! And have an awesome day/night!!

I got mega luck today. I wanted to evolve my shiny magikarp, so did and it was amazing. I love shiny gyarados. I thought to myself, "oh well now we need to bring for another shiny". The next magikarp I fished up was a shiny. Never had better luck

I think the TV is more a hint towards the Ring rather than poltergeist, since in the ring after 7 days the little girl comes to get you, and after seven taps you get static, so it's more in line with The Ring

I think it's more of a reference to Ring, since the girl in Ring would say "7 days" on the phone and after 7 clicks you create static.
If anyone even reads this, do u know why the tv one doesn’t work, I press the tv until the static appears and go into training but I either get no encounter or a different one ;-;

The tv thing is a throwback to the movie the ring where a girl in all white with black hair came out of your tv seven days after you watched a VHS tape.
There are a few other ways to force a majikarp into retirement, any random encounter that involves your majikarp jumping.

I just found a cool trick in Balloon Blow. Try tapping the screen once after Magikarp jumps twice to hit the balloon inflater. It will give you a "Great Effort" result.
