Well i reckon he just means that there really isn't much of an "accent" to it; for example Chen Haiwei bends forward a lot while Lei sheng (IMO) stands up a bit too tall with his sword arm up slightly high
On the other hand, I reckon Ota's stance has more of a centered weight most of the time (not really in the 2008 videos). But if you see Ota has changed his stance to meet the "meta" of fencing, so to speak; e.g.: Whereas before he favoured a more forward stance so he could parry and attack faster with less energy, now he has a more upright stance to fit with the faster pace over a longer distance as well as change direction easier in this aggressive meta brought by people like Massialas
Ota's neutral stance is like that of a Street Fighter. He looks like he's ready for a fist fight.
