The A343 sure makes some harsh buzzsaw, it's the roaaaar like at 14:50 from that South African A346 that I came here for! That thunderous roar never gets old.
A340s are just something else, there is something on it that is simply amazing. The -500 is my favorite variant, it just looks perfect and the -600 flies sooo smoothly looking like it's dancing in the sky ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A340 is my top1 favourite aircraft ever ✨❤️
I've been on many A340's the one I remember was an old A340-311 from Bogota to Madrid where we had to unload cargo as we were too heavy, even then it took every inch of the Runway to actually get in the air.
Sure man, that A-340 is something else. I bet you could even put an extra power plant in each wing. But my favorite Air Bus will always be the AB-350. Just something about that plane that's so slick a and cool. The front windows alone look like something out of Star Wars and those massive engines are out of sight. To each their own 👍
Nice compilation! I've been in the Air Mauritius A340-313E and -312/-313x many times on the LHR-MRU-LHR route. I remember they would struggle to take off!
Magnificent airplane... my favorite of all times... I also love the economy seat configuration 2-4-2 which is not available in current planes. Thank you for this great compilation 👏👏👏
Nice with your content back on YT, A cool thing when you see the tiny adjustments up in air by the pilots in these big planes. Approaches as good as landings with camerawork👍 Good work.
Four engines is just right on a passenger jet. I totally understand the point of twins but they will never have the same class and grace as the quad. Sad that we will probably never have any more of them. We don't need four engines any more. 😢
Looks like you forgot to add London Heathrow to the list in the description of airports at which you filmed. There might be more clips in this video from Heathrow than any other airport!
I always wonder why A340 has extra landing gear and updated A330-900 does not. Even though A330-900 can do nearly same long range missions. How is the fuel weigh supported in A330-900?
The 777-9 is larger than the A340-600. The 777-300ER is only 5 feet shorter than the A340-600. All 777s have longer wingspans. Basically the same size, but the 777 has much better engines.
Such a beautiful aircraft but with under powered engines.. No wonder there so much noise their thrashing the pants off them engines to get it off the ground. 😂
The A340 is Majestic, even after all these years.
You got that right.
It’s weak too.
@@2lowfatmilk594 How so?
@@ChrisZoomER The 600 variant however has more powerful engines.
They’re the 747’s in my opinion of the AIRBUS fleet!
The early A340s are seriously underpowered, but the later models with upgraded engines definitely improved these magnificent airliners.
The A340-300 use the CFM 56’s if I’m correct but later versions use the RR Trent 500 if I’m correct again

They weren’t underpowered. They did the job needed of them. Impeccable safety record.

The 340 series is my all time fav. Love them all but the A346 is EVERYTHING.
A340-600 is such a long king.
You know these babies are flying long and hard and 100 percent reliable...love them all

Yes the early a340 are very underpowered
The a340-313e the last variant had 10k pounds of thrust extra if i remember
Thank you for 32 minutes of A340s! I'm blissed out 😎🌹🌻
L airbus A 340 600 est un mastodonte ! Il nous manque....
I love the A340, and A380, magnificent engineering marvels. Can't get excited about Boeing anymore after their deadly negligence with the 737 MAX!
I think the A-340 was one the best aircraft Airbus ever built

Short note: I stand corrected... the great new A330 NEO has that 2-4-2 economy seat configuration...
Still love the old big A340 though 🙂
The dash 600 is a beast!!
Epic video! Love the A340's certainly miss them at Heathrow regularly
Awesome compilation. Thankyou so much ❤
My top favourite pax aircraft. Sleek, beautiful and powerful.
what a treasure of A340 gold!
I love A340's, I wish they still made them.
Lovely as always beautiful Amazing gorgeous capturing ,absolutely another fabulous beautiful uploading footage compilation Merci from Canada 🇨🇦
Nice compilation, thanks for uploading!
Great video. I do love the a340. Great work 👏
The most beautiful plane. 340-600 has the best looking engines too.
Its ok A340, use all the runway you need. You're a good plane.
I love the sound and power of these beautiful birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The a340 300 has the most beautiful sound while take off :-)
Agreed

What a good bird is that
4 engines 4 long hauls
hi from australia
Great video 👏👏
*Thanks, I love it !*
Flew on A340's a few times - Cathay pacific & Turkish Airlines were the best.
Early versions may have been underpowered but the 346 is one of the best looking aircraft of all time .
Why do you say they were underpowered? They took off, flew along and landed the same as other aircraft
Read my post correctly, early versions 343 etc MAY have been underpowered in comparison to the bigger and later versions..
Such a resplendent machine
Esta precioso el Aeropuerto felicidades
I LOVE the A340!
The middle mainmount is so cool
Beautiful video, regards!
Those little engines are hilarious
Strange sense of humour 🙄
hate that there are so few in the skies
The A340-313(16:48) of #flypal was recorded before his final lifeline in the Airline in 2018 before replacing #A350
I like this airplane very much
❤❤❤❤❤ thank You ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very good video
Nice, love the 340. seen very few times here in Anchorage.

Are the 300s engines same as the A320
yes but a stronger version with a larger fan
The CFM56-5b on the a320 is about 100-120kN, the CFM56-5C on the a340 is 139-151kN
Gracias.
my favorite sound - Boeing 707 or DC-8 -61/62/63 and the smoky engines

I always wonder why A340 has extra landing gear and updated A330-900 does not. Even though A330-900 can do nearly same long range missions. How is the fuel weigh supported in A330-900?
The a330-900 is much newer meaning it probably uses lighter materials, so doesn't need an extra landing gear bogie as it weighs lighter than the a340.
Is it me or do some appear to have larger engines? Guess a higher bypass ratio option.
The longer a340 versions use a different (larger and stronger) engine, the rolls royce trent 500
Ghe shorter versions use the CFM56
Awesome 👍
it is very looooooud🤩
The early A340`s (-200, -300) are the most underpowered airliners ever being built. Still a nice airplane.
They had less power than other similar aircraft but they weren’t underpowered. They took off, flew along and landed just the same 🙄
@@eckie4679 Did you ever fly one yourself? I did.
Nice
Im a Boeing 747 and 777 fan but there is something about the 340
I once thought that the A340 was most powerful and fastest aircraft since it has 2x the number of engines but only 1.3x more capacity than the A330. 😂
A330 version is there bro
The a340-300 is underpowered but it is loud😮
Not underpowered - took off, flew along and landed safely - 100%
No one talking about the fact that the thumbnail looks like a fs
А340 is a majestic machine but, plane sound is the nastiest and most poluting types of sound.
Best aircraft after A380
Is A346 langer dan 773?
Yes, it was the longest airliner in the world before the 747-8 came
It would've been cool if Emirates didn't retire the a340
Fun fact: The A340-500 and A340-600 can no longer be called "5APUs"
8:36 to 8:46 a car with full speed more than this flight , he wud have got ticket
i like airbus a340 because it's has 4 engines
i lov a340
Make only videos Boeing 777 300 er

It is Swiss flight company
Achei que não ia conseguir sair do chão, rsrsrsrs

That aint no a340 power they said a340 is the worst airplane💀💀💀💀
it seems that no passenger has died since the entry into service of the A340, is this true ?
Yes that is true😁
Wow I thought the 777 was big.
The 777-9 is larger than the A340-600. The 777-300ER is only 5 feet shorter than the A340-600. All 777s have longer wingspans.
Basically the same size, but the 777 has much better engines.

A compilation yeah....
