One of the biggest things i dislike from some folks i mentored was their inability to listen. There was too much yapping believing they were right and would not take in the information i shared with them. I learned from a young age that whether you believe you were right, take in the information from that mentor and learn from them, because there is a reason why they are at that stage in life.

The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.

Snewj, excellent interviews! What rich people don't want, is people around them, being their friend because they are rich! There are 700 Billionaires in our country! Church, conventions, golf courses, and steak houses are where a few people I know, hang out. Basically, at home!
You go to Church to save your soul and pray to our Lord for protection, good health and love.
Next to you, may be a person of wealth praying for love and the same thing! 🙏🌹🙏😊

If you want to effortlessly meet upper middle class and wealthy people become a patron (at whatever level you can afford) of your local arts--the symphony, the ballet, the opera, the museum of arts, etc. The upper middle class and wealthy are the supporters and donors of the arts. Even if you can only afford the lowest level patronage, your membership will put you in the environment and the top patrons have carte blanche at all of the events. Once you have a foot in the door, learn all you can about the field, make connections, volunteer at fundraisers, etc. It's a great way to become a part of the society world.

Get the house fully inspected before you buy it.... Negotiable like crazy... Do background checks on all your tenants. Get everything in a lease contract...
