This is an utterly disrespectful headline for this video. He was Lady Gabriella's husband, regardless of who he may have dated in the past, and this headline is just cruel and rude to Gabriella and the family.
I can't speak for everyone but I personally have never heard of her. Americans know the Middleton name.

I agree with the other commenters with regard to the Middleton reference. I am more concerned about such a young man seemingly dropping dead. If it is found that he had an aneurysm, and if there are diagnostic tests which can predetermine factors making a person more so predisposed, this is a plight that the family may consider calling attention to.
I lost my own husband at the same age from brain cancer, and we had a 1 year old at the time. I do understand what Lady Gabriella is going through and offer my most heartfelt condolences.
