Everytime I watch this I copy what they do although I dont have two things since I train alone at home.
1 A Defender
2 A hoop
But I still give it 101 effort like Maximum power and take the largest steps I can. Hoping to see Improvements after this Covid19 issue since I get judged alot. "You have height but you dont play basketball?" and when I started playing "You too skinny kid." Gonna outwork them now so they can eat their words later. If u have any tips for me dont be afraid to tell me. I badly need it.
Also I've only been practicing basketball this year so I need a good workout and give it my max effort.
