Basketball players don’t gotta be bulky, if they are it just gets in the way. For skill based players mainly, it can be good for physical players that just play bully ball. Like centers.

I've practiced that sidestep pull up for a while and that shit for real creates so much separation if done correctly. I appreciate that guys like you Dev and other trainers are teaching that. Takes your game up a notch and it looks sooooo clean.
