For nausea I use alcohol wipes. Just sniff. Amazing results and easy to keep on hand. Retired nurse.

Natural ginger tablets help my nausea. The only modes of transport that doesn't make me ill are trains and horses.😂 My kids found it funny that I would throw up even when I drove. None of them have inherited my faulty ears.
