Surgeon Simulator 2 reminds me more of Hello Neighbor than the first game. It seems decent enough, but I don’t think it’s what people were looking for from the series.
Not so fun fact about Pro game manager 2. I bought the first game, which I don't recommend, in 'early access'. The game made little to no sense, all matches were out of the player's control which would be fair if the game explained how each state worked or what each term meant in game at least, and was of only slightly better graphical quality to what you saw in the video. It also left early access... with the announcement of it's sequel. This cause some player backlash from the people who were originally excited for whatever the game was supposed to be. The developer tried to save face by giving everyone who owned the original one when it was in early access it's sequel. That may have bit them in the ass considering the financial troubles they had, assuming the whole thing wasn't a scam. But that move probably eliminated most if not all fund the dev could have gotten from the sequel from scamming newcomers, as seen by most reviews commenting on how they'd refund if they could, if it wasn't a gift.
Game devs arent responsible for games being bad, its the executives. Every terrible idea comes from out of touch executives. Devs cant really do much if theyre tasked with polishing a turd.
First of all how is that a bad thing? Secondly, if you're going to complain about something complain about the excessive motion blur in a damn South Park game.
I remember being in the Alpha of Surgeon Simulator 2 and also as well when they announced it would be a Epic exclusive, As soon as I saw the portal esque type of gameplay and none of the goofy mechanics of the first one I immidietly stopped playing xD
Great stuff as always, literally my only criticism is that your voice is A LOT louder than your chosen background music. I don't need the music to be loud at all, but I can literally not even make it out most of the time. A tiny push for the volume there would be great! Other than that, thank you for trawling through these games with an open mind.
Part of the problem with the Battlefront Collection is that Battlefront 2 from 2005 is still available on Steam, and I think with a few mods is just as functional as it used to be
The Star Wars one is really intresting to me because at launch, if memory serves, it was much more expensive and much more bloated than the origonal 2 games you can still buy on Steam.
The quest is pretty nice, a lot of good upgrades, a lot of exclusive games. And the ability to be able to play un-tethered is pretty fun if you use it.
with regards to cursed clash, i dont think you can really complain about inputs. it it nothing compared to a proper fighting game like street fighter, kof, guilty gear etc
That's true, but there's always going to be some of those. I try to examine each game and determine whether it's an actual trash fire, or maybe just something sub par.
JJK is actually the most refunded game not in all, but in 4 days 75% of buyers had refunded the game right now the most refunded game ever is a gray line between Starfield and no mans sky
I know this is 3 months old but i wanted to give my grain. I got jjkcc for 20 bucks, and hell i even 100%ed it. It is defo not worth 60 bucks, at all. The combat is slow at first but, in my experience it's fine once you get used to it, not good, but fine, it is the mediocre era of arena anime fighter games tbf. As for the story, definetly it's awful in the sense of, why are there no cutscenes, There ARE cutscenes for like 2 parts of the story but the rest is all image and text, which is a real shame since it'd be cool to see the scenes animated in 3d (if done correctly). Of course by the time i got it the game was already basically 'dead' so i cannot really comment on the online (usually a big part of fighting games) but i can only imagine it was fairly unbalanced, at least there was a dlc and free update with new characters which is cool, but even that story has no real cutscenes. Finally as my personal opinion, unless you get it cheap and are a fan/like jjk, don't grab it at all, and don't even think about 100%ing it, the 100% is one of the grindiest things i've ever done, requiring to reach level 400 in co-op, Thank you if you read this and a hug if you don't.
Minus the whole new Combat system and genre change, I feel like the story should've been longer and maybe not heavily rely on Kupa Keep and the Elves and maybe something like the kids playing as Vikings??? While I dont mind the retread on those familiar designs, it makes it feel more like a prequel to TOT than a whole new entry. Honestly a time loop idea could be fun

11:46 thats pretty acurate to real life
I remember being in the Alpha of Surgeon Simulator 2 and also as well when they announced it would be a Epic exclusive, As soon as I saw the portal esque type of gameplay and none of the goofy mechanics of the first one I immidietly stopped playing xD
Are ya winning son?
Great stuff as always, literally my only criticism is that your voice is A LOT louder than your chosen background music. I don't need the music to be loud at all, but I can literally not even make it out most of the time. A tiny push for the volume there would be great! Other than that, thank you for trawling through these games with an open mind.
I don't know why but you should review the old FMV dating sim, MAN ENOUGH. Go ahead. I want you to do it.
Part of the problem with the Battlefront Collection is that Battlefront 2 from 2005 is still available on Steam, and I think with a few mods is just as functional as it used to be
I think everyone saw the trailer for that South Park game and was unanimously disgusted
The Star Wars one is really intresting to me because at launch, if memory serves, it was much more expensive and much more bloated than the origonal 2 games you can still buy on Steam.
I completely lost it at 36:14 🤣🤣
I didn't know Surgeon Simulator 2 existed! That said, I'd prefer to play something like the first one, but improved and with friends
The most refunded title could be more about the ratio of purchased and kept vs purchased and refunded rather than actual copy count.
So V Gate is just The Day Before 2?
Never good to be compared to the Day Before
"seriously, they will piss on the floor and you have to force them to clean it up"
Just like real gamers!
I remember seeing a trailer for Decay of Logos some time ago but completely forgot about. Im glad to see i didnt miss out on anything.
It’s so sad a South Park game could be bad. South Park is gold
I didnt know surgeon simulator 2 was a sequel to That surgeon simulator! At least its hilarious with friends :0
Hey son, how’s the meta quest 3? I have an oculus rift. Is it worth upgrading?
The quest is pretty nice, a lot of good upgrades, a lot of exclusive games. And the ability to be able to play un-tethered is pretty fun if you use it.
It's pricey, and might improve with patches, but you should try Undead Inc.
I'll check that one out, looks interesting actually.
i hate that helldivers 2 has ended up here
I would play broken ribcage adventure/.
Pro game manager sounds awfully like real life.
I totally agree with the battlefront part of this video. In all honesty and fairness that game was amazing when it came out.
Hi Kain. It's me, Raziel, your favorite son.
I actually thought snow day was going to be a battleroyal games till it realsed on steam without even a homepage banner.
with regards to cursed clash, i dont think you can really complain about inputs. it it nothing compared to a proper fighting game like street fighter, kof, guilty gear etc
25:20 How do you get gunshot out of that?
About decay of logos, got to say a mediocre game is in a lot of ways less fun than a comically awful game
Literally insane that anybody bought into either of those games obvious lies, but most gamers are cattle.
There are better Gun Range game worlds in VRChat than that standalone one XD
Minus the whole new Combat system and genre change, I feel like the story should've been longer and maybe not heavily rely on Kupa Keep and the Elves and maybe something like the kids playing as Vikings??? While I dont mind the retread on those familiar designs, it makes it feel more like a prequel to TOT than a whole new entry. Honestly a time loop idea could be fun
V gate, asset flip dayz sub mod from Arma days
And why battlefront classic when the old games are still available and servers still function on pc...
Very quiet audio and super bass heavy compared to your other videos. Only in intro tho.
