Just changed my oil pan and gasket and now my car like vibrating and goes away as soon i release the brake but drives good until im at a stop sign or red light?
I’m having some issues with my 06 Dodge Charger RT , I just put a brand new 5.7 with 0 miles in it , everything is up to date on the pcm /ecm, just replaced mds sylonides and wiring harness . But, I just got a check engine light and my rpms and dropping dramatically and the time on the radio is blinking like an electrical glitch of power and it’s a loss of power and power is what’s seeming to cause the electrical glitch when I accelerate
I replaced the throttle body, oil temp sensor,the alternator, my battery , and belt it was working fine but every time it rains or a car wash it shuts off. I’ve looked everywhere and they’re telling me it could be the wiring. Also the previous owner had put an aftermarket radio and neon lights underneath the car. The wiring protection all looks shredded up idk if that could be a problem or not.
It also would cut off at lights , with the oil light on dash and it will cut back on fine , could it be a oil pressure issue ? Fuel Pump or maybe a wiring issue ? And The check engine light went away a few hours after it just happened
Sounds like you have a wiring issue especially since you have replaced the engine and wiring harness. I think you may have a short that is effecting multiple systems so I would start by checking the main power supply cables go into both fuse boxes and all the wires connecting to the back of your alternator. It may sound stupid but check your battery cables. You have done a lot of rewiring on that car and it is easy to miss a loose wire. I replaced the harness on this car and I know that some of them plugins can work their way loose if they are not connected securely. I would not think that an oil pressure issue would cause your headlights to go out but a short that cuts power to your oil pressure sensor could cause the oil dash light to come on. I would just start a methodical inspection of all the harness connections. You can also run a scan with a scan tool to see if it has popped a code. I hope these tips help you out and please let me know if you find the problem.
Yes, make sure the ring is still centered and hadn’t gotten in a bind. You can tap back and forth and up and down on the ring to get it out of the bind the try tightening it again.
Or it could also be a blown fuse or bad relay. Determining the issue is the purpose of the video because no one wants to go buy a fuel pump when a bad relay is the problem because that would be a very expensive mistake.

I bought the fuel pump ring removal to so life would be easier :)
I do not do this job enough to justify paying that amount of money for a tool I may use once every 5 years or so.

No this is the OEM bumper. I created the decal myself so it is a one off.

Easy way to find out is to pull the fuelline attached to the engine. Try to start the car if no fuel comes out of the line its the fuel pump. 😎

Also the fuel pump can have low pressure and at wot it may fail
