Malabar Mutton Dum Biriyani Making with a Pressure Cooker

I layer the Gravy ,Rice & Garnishing in a container/vessel used in a Prestige Pressure Cooker and cover it with a plate which fits it perfectly.I place it in the cooker after adding sufficient water at the base to cook for two whistles.I use the large 10 litre cooker because I make more and require all the 3 readymade containers/ vessels for the Cooker which fit into each other when stacked one above the other
