MudHog Tracked Off Road Vehicle

In this video we take a look at the MudHog tracked off-road vehicle. This machine can get in you in and out of places most ATV and SXS vehicles can't. This is a great machine for hunting and off road recreation.

2cent for the rear skid plate: mount it outside the wheel just under the wheel hub level, so if there is ground the wheel functions, and if it sinks, the plate takes over (kinda 2-4).

Thats exactly how he built it. The wheel sticks out threw the center of the plate a couple inches. Thanks for watching.

Hi I would of made the seat higher thow because of how deep the water could be also what is next I have always wanted to build a track buggy like the side x side but with tracks on each side nice build.

What are the tracks from ? The swivel - skid is a great idea.

The running gear was custom made. I believe the tracks were made for a mini skid loader.

It can pull a trailer so I'm sure a skier wouldn't be an issue. Not sure on MPG, but probably not very many.

ah man that's a cop out. you should care about your viewers. they are the ones that count toward your earning potential. it was a good video, it just needed a little more of what interests us. we can listen to music anytime we want. it's the real life experiences we want to feel when we see a video. No, but as you can see in the video, it can spin around similar to a zero turn mower. So it does pretty good without reverse.
