Brothers Eli and Jacob Kulman were diagnosed with an extremely rare immune disorder but both were able to match with the same bone transplant donor, Avi Kaplan.

I am a kidney donor and I would love to donate more of what I can. I'm not sure if only having one kidney now would prevent me from donating anything more. I will have to speak with a coordinator or something.

Look up Be The Match- it’s simple to register and you can do it from home. They send you a kit in the mail and you swab your cheek, then they will send you your card and registration info. Very simple and easy way to potentially save a life 💕
