Many Many Thanks to Retd. Justice Biswanath Rath, S/O The great late Dr Bipin Bihari Rath, eminent freedom fighter, advocate and Jagannath Bhakt. This is an educational interview that added a lot to the knowledge of the viewers. His achievements and examples of different cases are really heart touching. As a son of the soil and as a follower of Lord Jagannath, I am thankful to him for his free service for the Lord as an advocate, as a judge and as a retired judge too for many years. The situation of lower is too pathetic 1.The magistrate are the why behaving in court really unacceptable 2..In lower court magistrate are coming in Diec 12.30 so people coming court from 10 o clock morning, High court should take this issue seriously 3.unprofessional behaviour in open court, behaviour towards witness is too bad 4.There is system of yardstick in lower court, because for this magistrate are less concerned about society for example if any poor people are coming to magisterial court they are giving importance how case will ended by means of settlement rather than give importance how that person get justice Really these types of situations are going on on magisterial court, people already lost faith in lower judiciary 😢 High court should take steps to solve these issue and also there must be mandatory training for magistrate how to behave in court, how to behave with witness etc

Have great respect for Justice Bishwanath Rath foe his integrity but I am the unlucky one for not getting justice. Justice Rath has already pronounced the order in my favour but changed his at the last movement due intervention of the another justice in the division bench.
