Cant stress enough how important bringing gear is to have fun in this game! Im 40 hours in and I always bring at least a sling and a SKS or maybe even an M4. I know losing your stuff sucks but it increases your chances and fun a lot I promise. Also if worse comes to worse just run Silo couple o' times with just sling/pistol you'll have your gear back in no time!
unless what you lost was an AK Alpha, M1A SAS, or other high tier gun, and high level armor. in that case it takes a long time to get your stuff back especially if you don’t have the right trader level.
@@Azure-ex6dg yes that is true and I tend to save that kind of loot for special occasions where I go in fully kitted. But bringing an M4, Galil or something along those lines wont hurt if you lose it and (only in my opinion of course) makes the game ten times more enjoyable. Also losing low - mid tier loot a couple of times really helps you get over that initial gear fear. I always have the mindset that my god tier loot won't do me any good in my bunker, I might as well not have it at all if it just sits around collecting dust.
Just been seeing a lot of players play without a sling and sometimes even gun on island and after doing that a couple of times I can confirm just bringing an sks or MP40 can be a game changer.

17:20 I had a raid like that, I was running island with a deagle, looted research, radio and camp on west side and nothing was looted, never heard a gunshot, never saw anyone, i was convinced it was a training raid but nope

Don't worry timeless, you aren't the only one who forgets the grenade types. I have died from trying to roll an impact grenade on the ground more times than I would like to admit
i accedendly killed myself throwing a impact around the corner to hurt or kill boss thinking it was a frag and threw it on the ground bassicly
I tried to throw a grenade out a window, only to realize that A: The window wasn’t broken, and B: It was an impact

I like how you actually use the magnifier when targets are far away. I feel like I've seen a lot of people use the eotech magnifier combo with the magnifier always off even when they're shooting from across the whole map 😄

One time the BAR was the best thing I got out of the tower vault. And they need to buff tracer round in some way
Yeah they need to buff the tracers so you can actually see them on oculus and maybe make them have smaller amount of recoil cus of less grains of powder and they need to make it to where you can see what type of ammo like green tip for tracer black or blue tip for ap and nothing to standard
The amount of people I find without even a sling backpack is crazy. You have such a harder time doing a naked run without it.
I'm actually amazed on how you survive so long in raids I always die so fast😅
I haven’t died in a raid in a long time even on naked runs
just keep training, it'll get better eventually. I'm 50 hours in now and all of a sudden I have amazing raids instead of dying minutes after spawning in. If you try to learn from every death you can improve fast, also don't be afraid to bring your good gear to island especially. If you lose it that happens, couple o' silo rounds and you'll have it back in no time.
Also this is SOME of his best raids, i bet he dies a tiny bit here n there

Yeah always bring an adventure backpack! And usually if you insure then you get about three or four back per ten - that can go a long ways. And bring a cheap rifle also with insurance.
I've had the house spawn maybe three times in total. My buddy and I will stock up on keycards and skulls, then we just spam Matka until we start to run low

Does anyone know which vr Timeless is using and if he’s using a headset? I got the Quest 3 and the speakers of it is pretty nice but I’m not sure if the audio is much better on a headset
I got my first sass a week ago cuz I killed a guy with a Ragnar bag that had 6 doc guns and a butt ton of mags, a tier 5 with 6 sass drums and a sass with the mini grip, and a night force scope. I headtapped him with a galil from 40 meters away

anyone else having trouble with the stock of the rifles sort of auto switching to a new shoulder position with virtual stock enabled? happens to me every time i bring the gun up and try to line up a target

18:25 just so y'all know, a couple crates in tower purple are just normal loot rarity crates, because of that, i highly reccomend not running tower purple
