watched your video the night before playing this course and it was funny because we got paired up with the same member you did. great guy with lots of knowledge of the land
Nice video and this looks like a fun course. I know that it's probably just because the time of the year with the cold and all, but it looked like the greens had some dead grass or mud spots.
Rhodes Ranch is less premium public but a nicer course. All three Paiute is better than all! It was god country at Paiute. Boulder Creek was not as nice. Not well-maintained or as pretty. Of course, thiS is just my point of view.
Hey, I did some of the same courses on a trip out west for my channel. What was your favorite? I loved Bandon, Presidio, and Arrowhead in Littleton, CO
I’ll check out your channel! Monterey, CA has the best golf in the country I believe. Although the entire Bay Area is really good for golf, especially the private courses.
@@carsonjoens Cali's weather helps. I still have to hit Monterey Bay courses, Torrey, and Palm desert area. I'll be in LA in August and have 1 day for a round. Any suggestions?
Just part of the routine chemical maintenance they’ll do in the mornings. That happens on almost every golf course you’ll ever play at. The white foam goes away about 30 minutes after they apply the chemicals to the green.
at 25:21 you hit the ball out of bounds and take a drop, but according to local rule E-5, this should be a TWO stroke penalty, not a 1 stroke penalty which you scored
I played there in December and it was spectacular.... especially in comparison to the "field" I normally play at
Love the format and hole descriptions. More tips and hole by hole analysis is great!
More to come!
@@carsonjoens Maybe do Cascata and other courses in the area. I write out hole descriptions before each round so it’s great to hear your tips.
Such an pleasing video, that 2nd hole was sweet. Keep up the great work and awesome editing!
Thank you so much!!

Great video!
Thanks!
You gotta come up to Bandon, Bend and Chambers
I agree! That area is definitely on the list
It’s probably my favorite in Vegas! TPC Summerlin is not as good! Black Desert video?
Hayes Manors

Soak that price in….under $200….. insane money to play golf anymore
What are the white blobs on the first couple of greens ?

@@carsonjoens It's dropped so that the tractor driver knows where he has put down fertilizer or other chemicals.
@@tonypaglia3393 good to know!

What's going on with those greens?
