    We tried yuk cheese last year, and it was really yumm! Really nice vlog! 👍 I really enjoyed watching all the local people making their local foods, all looked delicious 😋

      C'mon recommending churpi is not a good idea at all, locals are familiar but Foreigners dnt chew on anythibg that hard so its should be thought out hardness, spice level etc before touring them.. ..wnd the guide doesnt explain.much on yomari like basically there are two types one with condensed milk another with molasses

    Newari food is so good. Momo, bara, choila, buff chatamari, egg chatamari, wo, egg wo, buff wo, yomari, jerry swari, gwaramri, samay baji set, papad roll, original hand pulled noodles, lakhamari, kwati, kachila (steak tartar), fini, the varieties are endddless you xan spend months tasting all the food in Newari culture and you'll still have more content left to make because of the sheer variety

    These yak cheese are called churpi in nepalese community. These churpi can be both soft and hard but i preferred hard one over soft as they will last long on my mouth.

    It's WO..
    People who came outside from kathmandu don't no about this food name. So they start to called bara.. Bara is similar like Donuts.. But small in size.. And it's sad to say that ,sellers is newari but still they are also saying Bara..

    I don't know what you consider fancy, but cheapest roadside shops aren't the only eateries that locals frequent. I recommend you explore other places too to get items not sold in streets. There are restaurants that make wider varieties such as Sasa: or others, just ask a Newari friend or local there about Newari restaurants that offer items like Kachila, Samay Baji, Choila, fokso fry, etc.

      @@dacedaine822 oh i see, yes Dwarika is fancy fancy. Yeah I recommend you go to a place like Sasa, or Newari Kitchen or Lhosha Ghasha, they're more local and authentic and has wider varieties

      Jerry is also a newari food eaten since old times in Kathmandu. Jerry-swaari is a local newari food. Jerry swaari is Newari language word itself. Swaari is a very thinly rolled deep-fried bread that you eat with jeri. How are you laughing and saying, it's not even close to newari food??? Do your research first and then speak.

      Unfortunately I was struggling to eat and drink anything that day as I had a very bad stomach problem, so I couldn’t eat or drink anything more by the end of the food tour. The soda place was fantastic though 👌
