Not really crazy for this retcon of TOM's origins, cause I still remember the old webcomic flash games from the TOM 1.0 Cartoon Network era about his days before the Absolution; and the adventure he had that go the attention of the Absolution in the first place. @Retro Square. No,TIEs are very expensive and time-consuming to make. (You can tell it was expensive because, except for new shows, they didn't change the bumpers for six months before The Forge started.) I think a year would be putting too much stress on them. They started working on The Forge as soon as they finished Countdown two years ago, so, if we want something this high quality again, we'd probably have to wait at least that long.

Too much of a good thing will burn it out quickly and it wouldn't make much sense in-universe for something major to happen every year like clockwork. @Retro Square. fair point honestly I did a few years cause I understand writing and animation can be long processes. it it is yearly great, I'm just asking for it to be a requirement.
@Retro Square. No,TIEs are very expensive and time-consuming to make. (You can tell it was expensive because, except for new shows, they didn't change the bumpers for six months before The Forge started.) I think a year would be putting too much stress on them. They started working on The Forge as soon as they finished Countdown two years ago, so, if we want something this high quality again, we'd probably have to wait at least that long.
@Retro Square.As well made as this is, I'd have to agree with Gestrid. TIE's I feel should be every few years than each year. Too much of a good thing will burn it out quickly and it wouldn't make much sense in-universe for something major to happen every year like clockwork. At least that's how I like to look at it but that's just me.
They said this was the last TIE for a while, so I don’t think we’ll see a new one until about 2-3 years. That’s fine, they deserve a long break.
