- Everyone, I'm sorry it took so long. I didn't have a raw. Please note that I'm doing this for free on my own time. While I work on it as fast as I can, there's no guarantee the episodes will be out at any specific time, and no amount of asking will get it out faster if there are any issues. It's just frustrating. Additionally, expect next week's episode to be later than usual too. I'll try to get it done as fast as possible, but I'm going to be away for most of the day.

I'm enjoying Sword Eyes a lot, but I agree that it could have been much better. There are too many main characters and some are under-developed.
I'm anxiously awaiting more on the jewels, but I'm sure we will learn more before the end. Especially because the second OP theme shows a jewel shattering. I wonder if that's in reference to Amarello's broken jewel, or something bad might happen to Grenada or Kizakura. I'm hoping the former.
Brave is still the best. Sword eyes not even come close to it.

The music when Overray attacks is just amazing!!! Hope this series gets a soundtrack so i know the name of that ost.

I think the characters didn't get more skills on playing cards when they are on their journal, but they just get some more powerful cards....
Tsurugi's hair colour even change when he summon Overray.....
No fucking clue whats going on... that's what I get for randomly watching an anime in the middle of its series.

Souo summoned his key spirit so early, his deck is about having many cards with charge so that he can use his key spirits atk. Come on this battle is sad.

Well to my opinion Sword Eyes disappointed me quite a lot
There are too much characters (>12 indeed), and that make eveyone's story shallow due to lack of episodes. Like Brau and dark yellow, in fact I would like to know them more.
And as a protagonist, Tsurugi know little and harvest little on his act. While Yaiba is really doing sth big to solve problems
and really cool new battle form tsurugi

episode 42 and the fights still suck. I mean even toppa bashin fights were better. No flashtiming, no bursts, no counters, nothing. I want BRAVE back. Cant wait for sword eyes to end.

Also, episodes are in a rush, some items that would give good story like the jewel, messenger of God was not much mentioned.
Lastly, battles are getting boring. Key Spirits are overpowered (look at this overray, 5 abilities in total), and small spirits are just for charge/rush now, unlike before you have sth like dos Monkey adding BP, one-kengo Clashing and other spirits with windstorm or so.
I will say SE sets a good background but the series is really quite disappointing
