If I may suggest some more historical and contemporary beauties, I would like to see: Romy Schneider, Cindy Crawford, Queen Luise of Prussia (Luise von Mecklenburg-Strelitz - a beautybeacon of the late 18th/early 19th century), Lady Diana. Maybe you could also start a series of contemporary princesses and queens like Rania of Jordan, Letizia of Spain, Princess Mary of Denmark, Victoria of Sweden etc. As for fictional characters, I would love to see some of the GoT ladies.
