This city was breathtakingly beautiful, filled with clean white architecture, thriving citizens, and joyful children playing in the streets. The Perturabo in this vision was not clad in war armor but wore the attire of a scholar, exuding kindness and intelligence, beloved by his people. Fulgrim was left speechless by the sheer magnificence of Perturabo's dream, far exceeding even Macragge, the capital of Roboute Guilliman's Ultramar. Stunned, Fulgrim exclaimed, "I never knew you could imagine a world like this." This vision revealed that, despite his actions and reputation, Perturabo's heart still held the noble dream of building and creating, rather than destroying.

I have never felt disdain for the fallen Primachs just sorrow for what was lost. Every Primach that fell was coused by the BASTARD Erebus or the Emperor being so tunnel vision on his plan that lossing his sons would Damm humanity. Fantastic job on the song.
I also blame Kor Phaeron for a lot of things. That being said, some Primarchs had far better reason to rebel than other; Magnus was forced into the forces of Chaos being circumstances outside of his control (even if he shouldn't have believed that he knew better than everyone), Fulgrim and Horus were litteraly brainwashed by Chaos, Angron never had a single good thing in his life, nor was he ever given a choice even in his "ascenscion", Konrad was too mentally broken to function and Perturabo lived his life in misery and was never recognised for his accomplishement (even if it's partially his fault), and with Lorgar's childhood on Colchis, there was frankly no other way he could have become someone else than the monster he became. But Mortarion will only have my contempt for being an enormous hypocrite who made everyone around him miserable (even if Typhon had a role in his final descent) and Alpharius was an idiot for listening to the ramblings of the Cabal in the first place.
How Palatine Phoenix could defent him self from something his Beloved Father says dosn't exist. Crimson King pay to high of a price for his own Pride and Arrogance. Lord of Iron almoast like Night Hunter and maybe even Pale King needed true Brother/Friend to hug them and share some happyness sorrows and battlefield. And to think all of those were possible thanks to Butchers Nails in Lord of the Red Sands mind whos empathy could help them break throu their issues.
