Thank you for this! Resonates with me, from the body sensitivity, struggling with individual identity, creativity and escapism. Funny enough as a child I strongly disliked when people generally touched me - realizing now that it had to do with being sensitive to people’s energies. Now, I’m protective of my energy and lean into my intuition to help guide me.
My biggest struggle as a Neptune first houser is definitely escapism 💯 I have a very addictive personality. Reality has always been a struggle for me it’s soo annoying feeling the inability to ground myself & face things as they are.

Keeping quiet is good … but when the time calls …practicing asserting your boundaries, even if you feel awkward or weird practicing releasing the energy of asserting your boundaries … it’s gets easier and easier the more you practice it daily … and continue reserving your energy for ppl who deserve it … and it’s easy to know who deserves it and who’s not for you, as Neptune 1st house ppl are SUPER INTUITIVE
