Unilateral back pain presenting below spinal level L5 with referred pain to the buttock and thigh may be indicative of low back pain originating from the SI joint.

    No no no no. When I do that Faber test is clicks. I thought it was my hip joint this whole time. It could be my SI. Is there a video on how to differentiate hip joint vs SI?

      @@lemonke5978 Cluster of Laslett et al. removed Gaenslen's from van der Wurff et al., sensitivity went from 0.91 to 0.88; specificity stayed the same at 0.78; +LR went from 4.16 to 4.00; -LR went from 0.16 to 0.12. Not a huge amount of clinical value for Gaenslen's. I prefer Laslett in my physiotherapy practice.
