Higher notes are easier to hit in disconnected registers when compared to full voice and head though. I can never tell which is which (falsetto or head voice), but from what I gather from this video, head voice is more piercing and fuller than falsetto. Falsetto will sound airier than head voice. All I know about whistle register is that it’s disconnected and cannot be transitioned into-but people can make it seem like it is.

Whistle register is the hardest in my opinion. Not everyone can do it.
Galaxy Universe whistle is a disconnected register which is why most people can’t do it but Head voice is healthier.
