You helped me learn the differences between Transverse and Longitudinal waves in 4 minutes, while my science teacher has been talking about it for 3 hours.
Shaun, I cant thank you enough! You have saved my GCSEs, from a grade 3 in Year 10 Mocks, to TWO Grade 9s in my year 11 mocks and a 6, in biology! I just want to say that even if I dont get those grades again, I still thank you greatly for the work you have done!! I hear everyone saying you are amazing! And you are! Cant thanks yoy enough mate. Hopefully you can do A-Level videos, but even if you don't, i appreciate everything you have done. As this is the final day of my GCSEs! So from here out, THANK YOU
i love how his voice is so soothing and calm. this is so much better than the teachers yelling thinking we'll get to hear better, hence understand better. thank you
I dont know what it is, but the way you teach is soooooooo helpful!!!!!!!!!!!! LIKE OMG no other source has helped me understand science like this! When I watch your videos i always get 8 or 7's in my test! Thank you so much. I have to say Your more helpful to me than myGCSEscience... WAY MORE. PLS KEEP MAKING THESE VIDEOS
Thank you sooo much dude for carrying me through the Paper 2 of Physics yesterday. I crammed your whole waves playlist and some other videos including watching your video on how a microphone works right before the exam, which all came up! I cannot thank you enough Shaun for your help!!!
Starting from tomorrow, my revision starts for every subject for mock exams. I have all of these videos available to help with my notes, so cheers mate I appreciate it so freaking much.
i just want to take the time for me to appreciate this guy saving my grades. i struggle with focus. teachers always underestimate me. after watching all of your videos, without even taking notes, i remember the information longer than in class when i'm there for an HOUR every day. these 3-5 minute videos help with my concentration and it's so nice to just watch them when i have nothing else to do. i watched the paper 1 bio, chem and physics videos that are uploaded on his page, and i went from a grade 5-6 science student to a grade 7-8 student. and this is just by me simply WATCHING the videos. a bit more practice and i'll be at grade 9! thank you!!
Thank you so much for your videos, my physics GCSE teacher was useless and I would have failed physics had it not been for you, I am over the moon with my physics grade and it’s all thanks to you!
A very informative video. I hadn't quite completly grasped the difference between transverse and longitudinal waves up until watching this video! The great thing about this guy is the fact he explains things so clearly and simply in a sense, while still getting all the key words in... makes for a great recap of what was done in lesson!
Dear Sir, What’s the best way to get a 8/9 in science? I’m currently in year 11 and I’m really grateful for the help that you gave to everyone through your videos, what bothers me is that my mocks are really close and the real exam (b1,p1,c1) are just 3 months away and sadly I’m only getting 6/7.Is there anything that I could do to improve my grade because I want to do A-level science, 6 is a pass but I want a better grade and considering that I’m not the best in my class this worries me a lot.The last issue that I have is that I don’t know where to get your resources booklet that you keep on saying at the end of each lesson .I would be really happy if you could answer this and sorry for disturbing you. Faithfully, Alex.
Hi. OK, just to let you know that the workbooks won't be available until the end of 2018/2019 (I haven't started them yet). However, if you're aiming for a high level, then the best advice I can give you at this stage is to watch all of my videos until you absolutely know all the stuff. Simply watching them once through is not enough. You've got to know them. I would say that the May exams are four months away and that's plenty of time if you're currently already working around a 6/7. Remember that there will probably only be around 3% of students achieving a level 9 so that's a big thing to aim for. However, it's certainly not impossible. All of the paper 1 videos are on and all of the Chemistry paper 2 as well, so that's plenty for you to be doing. I'm also uploading around 5-6 new videos every week and they'll all be done well before June. Another thing to remember is that most students either start revising too late, or simply don't do enough at all. So if you're starting now, and doing plenty, you'll put yourself in a very good position. Good luck.
I just want to say thank you for all your videos. This was my last video I watched before my final science exam and because of you, I found it much easier than what I had done before. I am personally hoping to get a 99 but it will all depend on the grade boundaries. I am looking forward to doing biology and chemistry at A Level using your videos. If any future generations are watching this, these videos were the main source of my revision, and I did also look (not do) at a few past papers close to the exam. I found it quicker and much more useful to look at the past papers and see what you don't know and then revise that.
My teacher only taught us electromagnetic waves. I had no idea what were transverse and longitudinal waves when I saw them on specifications. Thanks a lot!
I just wanna say thank you so much, you helped me from getting U's and 4/4's to getting a 7/6 in my mock! Your an actual life saver! Now am aiming for my 7/7 or 8/7 even for my gcse combined science!
Hi sir I just want to thank you for how good your videos are. I’ve always struggled with physics and you helped me understand, which helped me in my physics p2 exam today - which I smashed because of you.
Freesciencelessons Oh ok instead I’ll watch your videos rather then going over information in the CGP book which makes it complicated for me but many thanks for replying

hi your videos are really amaizing, I just I want to tell is if you can put all the answers at the so we can check if is right. Thank you for ur hard work Sir
How come in my CGP revision guides it says that the paper 1 topics are section 1 - motion, forced and conservation of energy, section 2 - waves and the electromagnetic spectrum, and section 3 - radioactivity and astronomy. Is it because I am doing edexcel and you are teaching AQA? or are you mistaken? edit: ah, I looked it up and realised yours is correct for AQA exam board, but I am doing edexcel so it is a little different.
