Great review! I live in Thailand and bought an Attrage in December 2017 and it's still going strong! It's a great little car and super-reliable, with great fuel economy. Although it's a basic car, it's like Mitsubishi took everything they've ever learned from making good cars and refined it into making a budget car that's ultra dependable. Also, Mitsubishi servicing is great value. The Attrage may be a 'grocer-getter' but it's a great grocery getter!
Nice Review, Its precise and I like the fact that you did list out all the top end features that a car can have these days but also kept the expectations low to the ground and compared those aspects which the car offers in this price point.
Thank you Anuj, glad you found it useful! We actually found the Attrage quite fascinating since it tells us a lot about benchmarks and expectations at this price point.
Mitsubishi should come out with a Wagon version of this. No need to be large but similar sixe will do with the back seat tumble down flat for extra spare for buky items like your bicycle.
This actually looks decent and improved in terms of the front end look nowadays. The older one was horrible looking 😕.In India we have sub4 metre sedan segment which is dominated by Suzuki Dzire selling 10,000 units or more sometimes but there are others also like Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura and Tata Tigor etc . It would have been interesting to see this car in India if mitsubishi was still in India but I don't think indians would have bought it because they would just brand it as a Taxi or ola uber cab car & it would be successful as one. Because here in India we already have sub compact sedans which make 82hp to 100hp,are feature loaded, comfortable and practical as hell. I am glad Mitsubishi stopped manufacturing cars for indian market because we loved our lancers and Pajeros and we wouldn't have been able to see the Mitsubishi brand go down in drains . I don't know how this car sells in the 1st place in so many countries for so many years as a budget sedan because if it was here it would flop massively.
I just have bought this car 2021 premium but I didn't have storage box armrest. how do i buy it. I'm from vietnam. Please help me? Can i buy it from singapore? can you guide me?
This is my office car, i just met with and accident today and the car cracked like an egg, got hit by a old toyota which was very minimal damage, its not a durabale or safe car, needless to say the airbag didnt open even after such an intense collision
I am from Malaysia and i prefer my attrage compare to the cheaper perodua bezza and proton Saga. Yup its heavily tax in Malaysia that supposed to be similar priced. Attrage is a well design car, roomier than competition and the suspension is surprising good. My old timer mechanic commented its a vetu nice driving little car. Even my sister from USA, commented how good the attrage is.. surprising from the people spoilt for big CCs cars with plenty of features and noise damping material in the US cars. My sister drove an Accord in USA and it is a different class compare to Malaysian Accord with a lot of features being removed to save cost and the noise insulation is of poor quality. I gave my attrage to my daughter. I got myself the new perodua Alza. Honestly i prefer Attrage as it sips fuel and i forgot many times to refuel 😅😅😅It seems to last forever on fuel. I wish they came out with a Station wagon version. If they had the wagon version i would not buy the Alza.
That only just launched here, we expect to drive it some time in September, so stay tuned for that. In the mean time, launch news here: www.carbuyer.com.sg/5-things-to-know-about-the-new-honda-city/
Perodua, -sub par brand - 2nd tier engine - does not exactly save a lot -interior trim pales in comparison - for amount saved not really worth and it’s a terrible brand recognition if opinions does not affect you driving a Perodua in singapore happy or not is gonna turn heads for the wrong reasons. Save a bit more get a better budget car.
The attrage win in terms of Roomier interior. Good suspension and handling. The Bezza is with cramp interior. I have an attrage and always take a Grab ride in Bezza. I even test drove Bezza. Actually Malaysia employed taxation to make attrage sell more expensive in Malaysia. I trust in Singapore. Bezza and Attrage is similar priced. The only let down in Attrage is the 3 cylinder strong vibrating engine. Mitsubishi have to solve the crank shaft to reduce vibration. Then its a winner.
The Attrage is better in terms of ergonomics and Spacious interior. The Bezza design looks cheap and not much consideration on ergonomic. I know as I own Attrage and Bezza. The advantage is the 4 cylinder engine thar is smoother. Still will pick Attrage due to the way it somehow fit you like a glove when you drive. Everything is well placed and the suspension is excellent better than my wife Altis.
At least it has wheels that brings u from A to B its not a bad choice if budget is tight. 👍👍👍 However i would fork out extra 30k and the options would open up day and night...

instablaster.

Mitsubishi now uses of what they called “Dynamic shield design” in the front end of their cars.
I think this car is very fast. what is the top speed of the car?
With 80hp it has a top speed of 170km/h, but it will take some time to get to that speed.

Yes we hear the budget car market in India is absolutely nuts and very competitive! Thanks for you insight Mr Bhagat

Hi Blog, sorry to hear that. We only review cars, not sell them - perhaps getting in touch with the dealership where you bought the car would be best?
Does it support Apple CarPlay?
Yes it does!

Hi could u make comparison with Attrage and Vios for me please. I can not decide until now which vehicle I should choose. Thanks from myanmar
If the Vios is a lot more expensive, the Attrage will be a good choice. If the price difference isn't huge, the Toyota makes more sense!
CarBuyer.Com.Sg thank you so much. Now I can decide where I should go😁
How about testing out the New Honda City?
That only just launched here, we expect to drive it some time in September, so stay tuned for that. In the mean time, launch news here: www.carbuyer.com.sg/5-things-to-know-about-the-new-honda-city/
Good Review!!!!!How about reviewing Honda Shuttle ?- I have not seen any one did review of it!
Thank you! That's a parallel import car, and currently we do authorised dealer units. Can't say we aren't curious about how those cars are though!
@@CarBuyerComSg Yes understood, may be you can try to review it in future !
my civic turbo also does about 6L/100km. it's about 1.4 tonnes. I was expecting better from a sub 1 ton car.
You must be a pretty smooth driver, that's decent economy for a car of that size.
Value buy!
Bezza looks nicer and 4 cylinder
Too bad we have not tested it out as yet

Nice video. Maybe an area of improvement: can try to speak louder and more clearly.
Noted, and microphones on the way...
Lol outrage - a combination of Outlander and Mirage. That's hilarious...
Thanks! It's just that sometimes car brands come up with names that are really weird or random :D
@@CarBuyerComSg Kia also has this issue. Like for example the Stonic haha.. Can't really remember exactly how the nomenclature came about though.
If you’re going to buy “a trash” lol the auto generated caption …
It wasn't on purpose honest!
Left handed
Looks so tip toeing.
It does roll quite a bit in corners, but personally we'd prefer that over super-stiff suspension
@@CarBuyerComSg Actually is like it has a tall body and small wheels that makes it look tip toeing.
trash
errr this is a hideous looking car, for this budget something else. the Note looks cuter
Valid opinion, and like we said the S$70k question, is a hard question to answer
anything below 100k usually looks hideous. the note included.
At least it has wheels that brings u from A to B its not a bad choice if budget is tight. 👍👍👍
