Security team to discuss the war against cheaters and the never-ending arms race between those who create and use cheat programs and those who fight to keep them at bay.

@@kafirr you can read the forums and see, cheats are readily available for any popular fps! 5 sec google search is all it takes. Cod is a prime example, 20$ a month and as long as you don't rage you can just keep playing! We'll see how well this a/c cheat works with the current cheat market! You can actually hear the difference in hit markers.
While no game is perfect from being cheater free, I hope you guys double down on security and action responsiveness like hardware ban since the multiplayer side is basically F2P which is easy picking for cheaters and their ability to create new accounts.
Also, detecting external cheating like Cronus, PC macros, and other unusual behaviours. That besides the cheats like ESP and aimbot.
Aim assist should be removed from all platforms to make aimbot easier to detect.
Also, no SBMM (manipulation). No difference in hitbox sizes or in dmg.
Your game is great just need more advertising ❤
I thank you for your concern against cheaters, here in Brazil we find many of them, but in general if you are ready to combat this, that's what matters, the game will be great, I'm sure of that! I thank you developers for the beautiful work you have done to date and will continue to do, hugs from Brazil!

In my opinion, online shooter games live and die on their anti-cheat measures.
The one main reason people I know have stopped playing individual first person shooter games always comes down to the cheating situation in that game.
I've been burnt out on investing into games (time and/or money) just to realize their anti-cheat is a joke and Im up against people cheating almost every round.
I'll keep an eye on this game, but won't play it until I see the results of how cheat-infested it becomes. Goodluck.
i think it is great you acknowledge that you will never make a perfect system and thats why you have to stay on top. that is the way!
i would also make maybe idea, sugestion, if you aren't already; to do some sort of stats based anti cheat? say for extreme cases? some one making 100 impossible headshots without missing in a row = instant kick for example.
That sounds like the kinda system that is prone to accidental Friendly Fire on people like Silk...

@@JoshuaGanoTyraxLightning Yes these systems you have to be careful with and beware it may make a lot of false flags. but this is why I emphasise on ''extreme'' cases. make this system only to catch perhaps, ''rage hackers''. who spam 360s making headshots on whole map flyhacking.

I'm surprised to hear that game logic still needs to be on the client-side in this day and age. It was like that when I was making Quake 2/3 mods 25 years ago but I would have thought it wouldn't be the case anymore with the internet speeds we have now.
We can stream entire games from the cloud with acceptable latency. You'd think it would be easier when you only have to exchange client input and server-returned events without having to stream images and sound no?
Oh well. No wonder it's so easy to make cheats.

It would be a good idea that we would have a page where we can see all the player's statistics, like most FPS do (Valorant, Apex Legends, formerly Cod, Cg, etc. etc.). With this tool we can know more about the player by reporting it and not sending a error, thanks for the video and please leave the Subtitles activated.🤓
I still remember playing Delta Force: Land Warrior back on LAN in my local Internet cafe with friends and how much fun it was...I just hope that this game does not get infested with cheats like Call of Duty and other titles have in the past! Of course there will be cheats for this game, as there are for virtually every game there is, but I really hope the anti-cheat is solid and that they can catch the vast majority of cheaters and find a way to permanently stop those players from creating new accounts etc when they are banned. There is a real epidemic of cheating in other games, and I fear that without top-tier anti-cheat and a serious attitude towards keeping the anti-cheat updated and able to detect the newest cheats available, ANY game and the community it establishes stand a real chance of just being wrecked by cheating scumbags these days. In Call of Duty even some of the most high-profile streamers and content creators are cheating, using applications like DS4 Windows to take away recoil almost entirely, giving them "sticky aim" like they're using aim-assist whilst on mouse and keyboard etc and even using aimbots / soft aimlock and permanent enemy radar so that they can try and look like they're "legitimate", skilled gamers. I really hope the anti-cheat on this game is going to be capable of determining when someone is using those same kinds of cheats and will ban players using them permanently, because there are far too many people these days who seem to think it's acceptable to download their "skill" because they can't play at a high level legitimately.
Fingers crossed that the anti-cheat is strong enough to do the job and that we as players get to experience a game which is, in the vast majority, just legitimate players playing against one another instead of the cheat-infested messes that so many other FPS games have turned into after a while of being released. This is the first game which has captured my imagination and desire to play a "Battlefield"-type game again - I'm really hopeful that it's going to fill that hole in my gaming library that the more recent Battlefield titles have failed to live up to - Battlefield 3 and 4 were the last titles in that franchise to really make me want to play and I would enjoy the game consistently for hours on end back then.
I hope you guys have a wide range of servers for players from all over, like Africa or South Africa servers and South America servers can experience this game at its Best

You guys need to hire me. I more than 20+ years playing fps I can detect anyone cheating. There are many in your game now some streamers are using cheats and fooling everyone but me.
Guys, your department doesn't work, or doesn't work completely. In a week of playing I've met a lot of cheaters, mostly those who can see through walls, and also those who only kill in the head. You also don't have a tab to report that a person is using cheats, in co-op mode if you kill a group you have no way to report cheating (Do this - a tab for players who killed you with the ability to report) And also use the encryption option or other things through AI to detect cheaters. If there is no result, the game will fail, there is no interest in playing with cheaters!

Sounds and looks very ambitious. I really hope you can deliver on this topic. Not much/nothing was mentioned about cheating on console? But I assume you have the same plans/methods/ambitions for those platforms as well?
Appreciate the video, but we'll see for ourselves how good the enforcement is when it comes. Although dedicated servers had their own fair share of BS back in the day, like 24/7 map cycles and abusive admins, at least immediate action could be taken when a cheater was identified if an admin was present

You guys need to talk to the Battlebit devs. They made the game battlefield but able to run on any Pc And allows for 127vs127 matches something we cant do on battlefield even if battlefield costs 4 times the price of battlebits.

99% of hack/cheat complaints are just people who are bad at the game and die to some sweaty 1000 hour player that never misses headshots
REMOVE BOTS COMPLETELY FROM HAVOC. Do not tweak them, do not change them, do not reduce them, do not alter them, do not do anything other than REMOVE them. If for whatever reason the devs MUST have AI in the game. FIX THE MATCHMAKING so we NEVER see AI in the matches. The ONLY time a player should see an AI is in the down hours of the day or 5 years from now when the game has no one playing it. There's upwards of 50,000 HUMANS playing the game and let's just say there is 75% (probably less) playing the extraction mode exclusively. That still leaves OVER 10,000 players that are playing the Havoc mode. REMOVE AI. I don't give a fuck if the queues are over 2 minutes long (which they won't be, I spent years playing 2042 and at one point there was less than 2,000 concurrent on Steam and the queues were still fast as hell and negligible amounts of bots and god forbid I give DICE credit but credit where it's due, they had matchmaking issues during this period and they addressed them moderately well to where we saw less AI). I have spent more time combating the trashcan robots IN and OUT of games and on forums than I have actually being shot at by real players. I DO NOT PLAY PVP SHOOTERS TO SHOOT BOTS I WILL NOT PLAY THIS GAME AS LONG AS THEY'RE AS RAMPANT AS THEY ARE.
What about legal issues for those who cheat? Here is my idea:
Cheating is changing something in the code of the game and the EULA that we have to accept do not consent any change to it. So, when someone is suspicious (due the anticheat, anticheat team and/or players report), a message could appear on the sus player, (after saying something like "you are probably cheating. This is just a warn, stop using cheats, or the software house will take legal action" and maybe talking about some amount of money they will have to pay if they continue cheating.
I think this will be a great deterrent.
Maybe with a login system that need some personal info, to be easily identify and scare potential cheaters. Maybe a phone number (real one) or, dunno, some other info that are not super sensitive for privacy but enought for a legal action.
What do you think?

Lies I haven’t run into a cheater yet and I was one of the ones who played the game when it first came out maybe it’s my luck you don’t see videos on the internet saying CODM cheaters are ruining the game or anything thing about cheaters
