one thing i also noticed about myself is a dramatic job change contributing to weight gain. going from standing on my feet for 12hrs a day to a desk job was a major shock to my body. gotta get that body movin!
I am just starting off with this. You are very encouraging. I done the intermittent fassting for 3 years and list weight but the moment my eating window closed .. overtime, i found it was causing issues with my health. Shortly after I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. So seeing your lifestyle and fitness journey showed me that I dont have to starve myself and when i gain weight, go into an unhealthy mindset of starving myself even more.
That is so true. Its a real life struggle. I always been told i need to look a certain way in a relationship and struggled ovwr the years with my weight consistently. Thank you for being supportive and showing people there are healthier ways of weight-loss 💗💗
Could i ask for your advice? I cant afford a coach just yet however i just want some advice to help me start off here. I am 5'6, 164lbs, and on average my calorie intake is 2000cal. I also struggling counting macros but willing to learn. What calorie deficit do you recommend i start off with? And sometime would you be willing to do a video with some high protein filling recipes that you eat in the run of a day or week? Thanks so much and god bless.

You can start a little less than where you are at maybe like 100-200 Cals less and see how you respond! And yes would love to do a video on that!
