I think , this is the best video in the whole of internet , regarding the cardinal movements and mechanisms associated with it . The teacher did a great job and explained it from the basics within a short period of time .

when body entered pelvic inlet it was in ocitipitotransverse position but after restitution and external rotation it was also in same position but now u are saying it is in anterior posterior diameter
