Getting enough protein and hydration in your body helps, chia seeds are great! I have similar hair to her as well, though mine is wayyy less defined lol. It’s getting pretty long though!

@@amaeldiablo5986 Yeah there’s definitely a learning curve! I’ve had a lot of frustration towards my hair but now I’m kinda more accepting of it. I’ve found for me that my hair thrives when I leave it in a bun or braid most of the time (with oil or another moisturizer) and I try and keep my hair in a stretched state when it’s natural. I braid it tightly in multiple sections every time I wash it, and I detangle every few days with a little bit of water and oil in each section and then braid each section before bed. Or I’ll just straighten it on a lower temperature and leave it straight for a few weeks which is the easiest lol😂 I’d say these things helped me retain length while still being low maintenance and weren’t too time consuming. Good luck on your haircare journey and I hope you find what works for you soon!!💕
