  • An unknown number of accused criminals are frantically being confirmed after a private GPS tracking bail service in Victoria, shut down more than a week ago, without the knowledge of police, the courts or justice authorities. Alleged violent offenders have previously been released into the community to be tracked by BailSafe Australia, but the Premier insists, the collapse doesn't impact the work of compliance checks.     This is why privatisation is WRONG. Because companies do not care about citizens. This company should have notified the relevant police and government agencies.
