the crop top jin from memories 2018, gucci jin from season greetings 2021 and brown leather coat jin from airport with his comma hair not being in this video shows you haven't researched properly about his style. seokjin may look comfy guy most of the time but he is quite experimental if he is the one styling himself. look at his season's greeting pictures from SG 2021, he broke the f*cking internet with them best part? he styled it all by himself :)

I honestly feel like the costume staff favors Jin a little bit more because Jin’s outfits compared to other members usually stands out more and is the best looking. Jin’s outfits are usually the right amount of embellishments/colors but not overdone or too dramatic, it really compliments Jin’s body perfectly just like his face is perfect

Personalmente Jin siempre me ha parecido que tiene mucho estilo al vestir, su ropa siempre es iconica y reconocida, como la bolsa verde de Luis Vuiton que llevaba a todas partes, o sus sueters Overside, sus pantalones rotos, etc, su estilo coquette 🤗 el siempre.se ve lindo.
I think that Jin's broad shoulders and narrow waist and hips complicate things for him. Unless a garment is altered, something that fits the shoulders gets to waist level with a swath of extra fabric which just won't stay tucked in, especially during performances. It feels like he's always frantically tucking his shirts in.

Look 13 is from their fan meeting showcase 2019 5th Muster : Magic Shop in Seoul. The shirt is from H&M. He makes it look extra expensive.

11:41 sir, I was trying hard to stay focused on the trousers but I failed. I was focusing on somewhere else respectfully 👀👀 There’s another LV outfit that looks stunning and refreshing on Jin. It’s a grey suit with a top hat and he carried a big green LV bag with a carrot on it! I remembered that look was chosen and put together but Jin himself!!💜

thanks for such a curated and insighful presentation! jin has a very relaxed accessible approach to fashion -- in a stealth wealth sort of way. some people believe jin's father is among the 50 richest koreans list of forbes magazine, so jin's simple uncomplicated rich kid taste ties in with his low-key wealthy background.
that's not his family. People got confused with a family that is involved in shipping business if I remember correctly but that's not Jin's family. Just clearing up misunderstandings here!

@@irenagentle2817 nope.. I only know things that have been shared publicly by Jin or the members. But especially Jin. I prefer to take what he says to be the truth. He has shared a few things before but not a lot.
It came from Jin himself that they owned a company based in Germany.
@@myrnaalcachupas5673 they don't own the company in Germany. The company his dad worked at is based in Germany. That's why he made frequent trips there rather than working from there. Wouldn't make sense for the founder to be in Korea while the company is in Germany.

Been waiting for this!! Thank you thank you ❤. Jin style is heavily influenced by his layed back attitude as well as his family environment. Jin's family is wealthy but he's been brought up not show it and be humble about it which really reflects in his simple yet expensive quality pieces. However he does have a flair for the dramatic which really shines through when he's given the options to by more stylised. You can see this mostly with his solo stages. His outfits there are always stylised with lots of frills or ebalishments.
Another note that I love about Jin's fashion is that he will wear stuff more than once. Which I love because in a society where fast fashion us increasingly becoming a problem, I'm glad that doesn't buy in to it and is like if I love it, I wear it. You can specifically see it with the Thom Browne whale jumper. Mans wore that in so many videos. On a side note, if you have time, you should we react to their Run episode wear them had to style each other with peices from their own wardrobe. Hilarious 😂😂 or the episode where they had to make costume for each other.

Just want to mention a humorous anecdote regarding the pinstripe jacket with the floral, one of the members, cannot remember whether it was Jimin or JHope told Jin of this look, “you look like you’re covered in barnacles”.😂 I just thought you’d get a kick out of that! I've read many accounts and also met someone who reported there's no way to be prepared for how unbelievable Jin looks in person and the camera doesn't do him any justice. I can really believe this knowing how Asian faces photograph
12 is best cause Jin is an autumn. Love looks from 11 but the blue whale sweater, though iconic, is for true summers. But if he IS gonna wear blue, cause Jin Hit Enternainment makes his own rules, I'd rather see him in the blue jacket at 9:57 💙 Other than that, he needs warm autumn colors.

Agreed with many people here, Jin pulls off simple outfits and he makes it look so. luxurious. I may be wrong here, but sometimes I think stylists might have a bit of difficulty dressing him since his shoulders are so broad yet his waist is so small 😅 so it's hard to find clothes that actually fit him like a glove. Nevertheless, like I said, his stylists always somehow pull it off and give us so many iconic Jin looks e.g. THAT DIONYSUS MMA 2019 OUTFIT. Always here for some Dracula/Vampire Jin 😁

World Wide Shoulders!
His ability to carry off clashing patterns is a source of constant amazement to me. Things that just should NOT go together, he pulls off with ease.
I think another important facet of Jin's style is that when he wears a symbol, it's usually something meaningful to him. He wears whales (as in look #11) because of BTS's song "Whalien 52." (He also drew Kore the whale, which looks very similar to Thom Browne's whale.) He wears pink because he knows ARMY loves him in that color. He loves coming up with silly hairstyles or headgear for closing stages because he loves making ARMY laugh.
One thing I often wonder about... given how often BTS's outfits coordinate with each other, how much of their looks are their own taste, and how much is their stylists?

I reckon that Japan concert stylist would probably be thrilled at your praises since their Japan concerts don’t usually get much attention but those looks were SO good for their Japanese songs
The entire vocal line have outfits with the flowers appliquéd. Several performances of ‘The Truth Untold’ they all wear them…however, JK refers to #1 as Jin’s barnacle jacket. I like his all black seated pic from Butter era.
Your top 1 is also my favorite that LV coat he really carried it gorgeously.
