OMG I literally applied for a better position at my job 3 hours ago wow already this video is spot on. I'm only 3 minutes in but thats amazing for you to mention something like applying for a better job etc. and me not even expecting it in the video. I'm glad I did. I'm real nervous but I know in order to grow you have to take chances and step out on faith. Even if I don't get the position I am glad I took a chance and applied for it. View the situation that you’re in outside of yourself, and think if someone that I loved was in this situation what advice would I give them? Then take that and apply it to your everyday life. Hello, Anna! I am glad that your video is out and I'm still awake and ready for my sleep. Your last video on your other channel was really helpful and the little chat we had was helpful either which I couldn't expect. Somehow I got back to some painful situation with my girlfriend with whom we parted couple of months ago and relive the feelings that I experienced then. And then I spoke within myself to my friend kindly and most humbly and expressed my feelings about those situations. And after that I felt pacified and fell into sleep in an instant. And I woke up a different person. I'm much grateful. Wish you and everyone here a pleasant and successful week. 👍🍀🌞🙏

Great timing with this one. I’ve been recently doing some work on exercises to remove limiting beliefs. It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve tried to do, it’s literally re wiring how I view the world. Small steps every day thought right?
