I love the hdm 45’s.. I haven’t heard the art series. But, I haven’t had a bad experience with rcf speakers. I got a couple models and they all are great quality.
@@djseansolomon8854 looking to buy this kind of setup for world music shows I do outside up to 800 people. I like the idea of the 700hz crossover and massive hi freq driver. And that your rig doesn't have any speakers over 30kg a piece! nice and easy transportation.
though I think I will go for 4 FBT SUBline 115SA's, same weight but a bit higher SPL, haha just reading online that the RCF 705-as is considered a superior sub.
@@tablatom , it’s a pretty light setup. The HDM 45’s are very powerful. You might want to get the RCF 8000 series subwoofers. The 4 -705 subwoofers can’t hang with the 45’s.

Probably twice the system needed for this small venue but i'm sure it sounded awesome. RCF stuff is among the best.

One hdm45 per side wow sounded full and tight.
Yes, the hdm45’s is a great speaker.

HDM-45A has as 32bit DSP the Art series does not. - You'll basically get slightly more music honey out of the HDM but louder speakers with the Art.

Honestly, I like/love them, equally.
The Rcf speakers, I got ,are lighter then the bassboss speakers.

I used them without subs and they was decent.
But, when I did that, I didn’t scan through the settings, to hear what setting sounds best without subs

Do you use regular mic xlr cables from mixer to speakers? Or does it have to be speaker cables with xlr ends?

how about the stage monitors? do they clip or do they loud enough even with the drums right behind the vocalist
The monitors are perfect. The are clean, loud and clear.
