It sucks when we have all these subscriptions we have to pay these days but it especially sucks when we pay a YouTub subscription and still can't watch certain content unless we join a group and pay more money for what should be free if paying TH-cam a fortune each month. The same goes for ad reads... we pay money to bypass ads but still have to take these ad reads that can go for minutes.

I started watching these clips because my ex called me as a witness, then drilled me with questions about our son’s birth certificate being a government contract and making payments (or failing to make payments) due to being forced into them under duress.
I am baffled to see there are so many more cases like these.
To be fair she wasn't asking about appearing via zoom, she was told that the meeting code would be made available for her family to watch via zoom.
In the first case, I doubt that she has a bachelor degree in nursing. I also don’t think she is incompetent. I think she is sane and just playing games with the court. Which never ends well for the defendant. The way the judge was just dismissing her was classic. He acted like he never heard a word she said, but he did. I think that infuriated her even more. I think she was trying to use some obscure legal loophole to where he doesn’t say her full name, she can come back and say that wasn’t me.
The last case was pure gold with the defendant saying “I did announce my citizenship“ well OK, but you’re still gonna be tried in the United States court of law. Where do these people get their advice from? And how do they honestly believe that this will get them out of being in trouble with the court, and not responsible for their actions that they supposedly did until they’re convicted. Watching this channel is really open up my eyes to how ignorant people are in court.

Besides the "state my full federal name" thing, she seemed fine to me. She was complaining about not having sccess to a phone or other things she needs, so shes been unable to call a lawyer. She said she was told she'd receive a zoom login number to give to her family so they could join the hearing. She was annoyed that the judge repeatedly ignored her. She's fine. Just a little whiny.
