where did you purchase the lights and hooks?
The lights I bought from amazon, just search "globe lights" & the hooks I bought from walmart.
I got mine from dollarama

Pspspspsps I was thinking of using Christmas lights, but like it turns out you can't leave them overnight cos they might burn up👁️👄👁️ I feel like maybe it's cos of the voltage source, a plug-in light would have more volts than a battery one, so the latter one would be safer?? 👀 Just stay safe guys pspspsps

If your wall is dirty or rough just clean with rubbing alcohol. Just a tip, it works
Ok tape is not strong enough to hold a battery pack. I just tried this and it worked! Use two of the sticky things for the hooks and the battery pack will stick!!
Notes: recently bought some more fairy lights and these ones had a bigger battery pack. For this, I used blue tack to secure the pack to the wall behind my curtain 👌🏼
So, if the battery pack is small, use the sticky things you get with the command hooks. If it is big, use blue tack 😁👌🏼
And also packing tape is much more likely to tear the paint off your wall which is not often desirable.

You could have used the command sticky to hold the battery to the wall:)

How did you turn on your lights? Mine have the battery and when I try to turn them on nothing happens. Does this mean I need new batteries?
+LeaMichellefan98 the one I bought has a switch that turns them on and off but if it doesn't work, you may need new batteries! Try that first :)

which tape? the one for the hooks? or the one she used to tape the box onto the wall? if you're talking about for the hooks, they come with the Command hooks

I'm always afraid of them falling down. I didn't hold the hooks for 30 seconds, so that's probably my problem.

It's a very light lavender. Kind of hard to see, it's grey in the video.
