  • Hey everyone Shaun here, today we made baby back ribs with our pitboss pellet grill. It took us 4 hours from start to finish to smoke some ribs i guarantee your whole family will love. We used a grill mates sweet and smokey rub (that was delicious) and we also used a kraft sweet honey BBQ sauce that complimented the ribs very well. finally with our pitboss fruit blend wood pellets (cherry, apple, maple) we made a few slabs of ribs that'll make you want to keep coming back for more.

Ok, I used real butter and not margarine but other than that followed the recipe to the letter. The ribs were perfectly cooked. They were tender and falling off the bone. And, they were absolutely delicious. I have never seem my wife eat so many ribs in one sitting. Great recipe Shaun.

Ribs looked great! Just a comment for the gentleman who said put them in the oven, I didn’t cook ribs today, but I have recently. It was 106 degrees on my back porch today! We don’t use our oven when it’s this hot. Austin XL and a Webber kettle on the porch. Fire one up and leave the heat outside! Thanks for the video.

Your work on these videos, musicianship, and passion to perform...simply magnificent!
I often think that the music of The Who takes on an even greater level of importance when performed by others.
Thanks for bringing this performance to us!

I feel your pain, I've been looking for quite awhile myself (not quite three years tho). Grew up on stick burners then added a electric smoker in 2020. Pulled the trigger on a pitboss 850 pro series should be here today! Can't wait!

Why not just put them in the oven when you wrap them in foil since the smoke is not needed at this point? They are wrapped in foil. Just a suggestion to save on pellets. Ribs look good bro.

Those were a little under done. The bone should have pulled back more.

You covered all the bases. Great detail, great job! Only one criticism...250 degrees is TOO hot, 4 hrs too fast. Gotta give em some love bro! I do mine at 180 to 200, low & slow wins the game. Course that's using the 3-2-1 method too.

I don’t like my ribs that way. I like having to chew my meat. Otherwise just throw em in a crockpot IMO

@@McFlyMan88 crock pot? Maybe that's how you cook your meats, the lazy way, but not me! That's a ridiculous comment. Pfft!P.S...TRUMP 2024!

100%nothing with going real low Ave slow, nothing wrong with going 250. But people that do 250 3-2-1 over cook them

You obviously didn’t watch his ENTIRE video. 🙄
When he was cutting the ribs, at the END of his video, the meat was literally falling off the bone while he was cutting them. That’s NOT an overcooked rib.
