This is great for me. I hold any extra weight in my mid section. No hips, no booty, no thighs. It's like I'm a walking belly 😂 I'll combine this one with the ball workout from yesterday.
Wow!!! This one hits those abs and obliques!!! Hello!!! This was super fun amd effective! I added it on after Basic Step and absolutely love the moves!! Stellar Stability ball workout,Chris!!!! Love all three that you have released and thinking about putting them all together for an hour long ball class!!!❤🤘
How could I not have done this before? The ball makes exercise so much more fun, and totally different. Instead of dreading the next move, I was curious what crazy thing it would be. Windshield wipers was my favorite.
After moving I finally blew up my stability ball! Thanks for the good exercises, fitness queen 🌟 Any tips for how to feel the exercise when you are with your back on the ball and twist your body with your streched arms out? I can do the exercise but don't think I did it correctly as I didn't feel it much.
Hey Anna!! YAY! I would say to make sure your feet stay planted firmly on the floor and make the twist come from your waist, not from moving your legs. That one can take a few times to really feel the correct way. Thanks!
