Motherland Fort Salem, here by popular request is a wise reaction addition. It meets the criteria and has a well executed fantasy/alternate history concept. The characters are brought together in an interesting way. Makes good use of a short season to develop the plot. So far you get a good measure of everyone on the show regularly very quickly.

I got to say the promotion for this show was so cringe. And weird but. I watched it just to see it. I liked charmed as a kid. And boy. They had gotten me with alternate History. Witches win Americas wars. and how this kickstarted consequences down the line. Plus: Their magic power is derived from song? Sign me up. I really really loved the unique concepts they made with this show (at least to me unique) And yes Tally is great. Honestly I loved all three girls cause they were so interesting and had each very specific arc. And this show goes off hard.
I wanted to watch the show because of the gays but now that I've seen the entire first season I am invested and waiting impatiently for another season lol
