Oof this has got to be one of the worst matchups for Luigi. Uptilt is your anti-air friend here, especially since it can low-profile moves like samus fair and combo into kills. I consider PS2 to be one of the worst stages for Luigi because the platforms are slightly higher than battlefield- this makes uptilt not reach from underneath and makes Wavelanding on platforms harder. I think the massive sigh of relief sisqui did at the end, despite Luigi theoretically being one of samus’s easiest matchups, is a testament to Luugi’s skill right there
