Steveo hearing people tell stories about him from back in the day his reactions are priceless. Like he has no recollection of anything but he has to take their word for it cuz he knows its true.
He can only refer to it as "2007, probably." That's the level of detail he has.
He remembers it.

I truly don’t think he remembers anything. I was an addict 10+ years ago and the same thing happens to me and i just have to be like “welp, sorry man. That was me back then and i can’t change it”. So i get where he’s coming from. I remember nothing from those days and just have to trust people aren’t making shit up.

The great thing about Steve-O, is you don't have to question any story he tells, because all the craziest stuff comes from other people's experiences with him 🤣

Another reason being that no matter how ridiculous his stories are, you can never doubt it cause many of the most ridiculous things he’s done are actually on camera lol
I sometimes feel that he talks too much about himself considering the podcast is supposed to be about the guest . I’m not complaining however I want to hear about the guests stories and not so much Steve o’s

@@ceeess1204 i mean, wtf do you expect. Rogan talks about himself constantly. It's part of being a podcaster, your guests aren't always going to be super interesting or talkative, so you fill in.
And in Steve-O's case, he's just talking with some mates, shooting the 'ish with them, so the conversation is gonna naturally ebb and flow
Steve-O was my hero when I was a kid to the point where I did wild things and got into drinking and drugs.
My hero also inspired me to get sober and clean and stop acting a fool.

I am not doing what I live for again. Performing music with my band.
All these things I never would have got to go back to had I never got sober and clean off of the drugs.
I used to sleep underneath a bridge. Now I live in a nice condo by the ocean. 12 years of me DOING THE WORK gave me EVERYTHING I lost to the bottle and the powder.
12 years and counting. Sober looks good on every addict.
Hero? Yikes. You may be doing better now but you say yourself he was your hero when you and he were getting fucked up.. He wasn't exactly the best person to look up to. I bet alot did look upto him doing what he did and still aren't through the other end. 6yr clean myself but fuck me I'd never look up to myself when I was the same.. Cos he was on tv puking all over himself it was somehow seen as cool by god knows who.. The tattoo he had with a baby being fucked is the most disgusting vile thing I've ever seen and shows his true colours
Alot of my class (04) wanted to be him back in the day. Now most are gone (od) , prison, extreme poverty. Chose your idols carefully

It's a real shame who has managed to worm their way into their life, but in the same breath it's fairly unlikely that he'd have made it this far in life without them.

I haven't seen Steve-O since those "human scab" days and Bobby was spot on. He was like a side show. So fucking happy for him now. Genuinely wonderful to see.
I give Steve-O all the credit in the world. It isn't easy revisiting your past self and you have to deal with people bringing up those memories. Its highly uncomfortable but he faces it like a man and understands he wouldnt be where he is today without persevering through those hard times.

Been watching Stevo since I was in junior high. So glad he got sober so I can keep living and laughing with him. Such an impact on my younger years.
My favorite thing is that Steve-O can still laugh about embarrassing stuff he put himself through.. He's not ashamed of ANYTHING! I love Steve-O !!

This is what I want to hear. The addict has a certain way that they look at themselves and their recovery but all the people around them have a different way of telling those stories.

Dude I'm that dude too. I stayed f*cked up for like 12 years. Sober now for 4. I know a lot of people now who've never seen me drunk, and it's pretty cool. Steve-O, big congratulations to you. That was really nice what he said about you. Hopefully Bam comes around.

I totally agree with Bobby. Steveo is a huge inspiration for me in wanting to get sober. I literally think to myself that if Steveo can get sober then anything is possible.
What I learned about myself from having the 💩beat out of me as a kid is as an adult I would never let anyone else beat the 💩 out of me. Life gives you lemons make lemonade.
