Great job by great team, but there is some wrong highlighted points I would remind you: - No proper heating for the coupling caused stuck and forced to hammering. - No torque applied during bolt tightening. It written in the manual please use it. - why no alignment performed on the coupling? Other than is perfect job and good team.

Should placed gland packing after insert shart..

Just, the maker's pump is easy to insert the shaft if not tighten the gland.
That is not your job sir you emphasize your 1st engr has empty brain if im your 1st engr im not allowed you in engine room stay in your office
