This is right by my house. It's not a "house", nor is it $100M. His company bought in in 2021 for $22M and the city only approved the purchase because it is used as an event center. It's not even zoned as a residence (hence the red cubs, handicap spots, exit signs, etc.). It's also a stones throw away from a crowded freeway - I drive past it every day. I admire this dudes drive and success, but this is a bad look for him, imo. Puts him in the same category a "forex life" fakes on TH-cam.
