    I have this same exact injury with the same pain point and everything, from volleyball. I'm wondering, do you keep the tape on for the whole day or just apply before a game? I haven't ever needed to tape anything before and I play school volleyball and my thumb hurts from normal activities besides volleyball. Thank you for this!

    I just jammed my thumb playing volleyball, also. This was a great video, my thumb feels very secure and I feel much better about continuing to hit and set. THANK YOU! (:

    Hi hoping that you can answer my question! Its has almost been a month since i fell on my wrist while playing basketball. Didn't rest my wrist and played basketball twice a week. I still have full range of motion in my wrist, no swelling and there is no pain while shooting or dribbling the ball. I just can't put pressure on my wrist. What should i do? Should i still continue playing basketball? If yes, is it necessary to use this tape? Or should i just rest it.
