I was 24 and was addicted to opiates. A friend invited me to church and it was as if the pastor was speaking directly to me. So I gave my heart to Jesus and I recall it as if it happened yesterday. I recall exactly how I felt, the tears that poured out of my eyes. Sadly, I did backslide and than came back to Christ. I have been living for Jesus for four years now. I’m in Bible college as God has called me to do. I have been delivered of drug addiction, smoking cigarettes and weed, short temper, anxiety, control freak, no self control, I have been made a new creation as the Bible says. However, I have not yet overcome vaping and I want to, I want to please God. God has given me grace to live in victory over sin and I will have victory!!
I can totally relate! also broke free from alcoholism because Jesus saved me. Im 7 months clean now. I’m struggling with vaping as well I know it’s sinning because it’s also addicting. I’ve been praying for God through the holly spirit to release the nicotine urges so I can be free from this. I completely understand and I’ve been feeling guilty. God isn’t angry he’s a loving father and wants us to trust him on this journey. In the name of Jesus we will break free from all struggles we are facing .
I can relate! I used to be a Satanic White National Socialist. Drug addict. Gangs, etc. The Lord healed and continues to heal me of all he wishes. I also genuinely feel that the Still, Small, Voice of the Lord inside even told me to gradually cut down on the weed so my brain didn't do flippity-flops. So that's what I did and it's actually working. Praise Jesus!

GOD is faithful and will cleanse tou from all unrighteousness, as long as you repent and confess! Don't ever tire of repenting and confessing!!!

I was saved the first week of October, 1978, I was reading the Bible and couldn’t understand it but new it was Gods word, I put it down and said I don’t know how I can get close to you like when I was 5, I turned on the Television and there was a preacher ( Jerry Falwell) came on and said would you like to know how you can get closer to God… I new that was God answering me by having him say that, I grabbed my Bible a found out a lot of things all at once but mostly I got saved and started jumping on the bed I was so excited ❤❤❤❤it is August 30 2024 I’m going threw the archives of Tiffs and loving the teaching God is so good, seek and you will find, knock and the door WILL be opened

Tiff I prayed that prayer. Sometimes I doubt my salvation.
My reason is sin. I feel so guilty because I'm overwhelmed sometimes that HE has so much grace and mercy for us. So I can be hard on myself sometimes when I miss the mark. If that makes sense
I feel the same. And altho we have asked God for forgiveness, I can't forget the life I led. So many times when I think of certain things, I again ask God's forgiveness. We always remember the life we led, I wish we could forget but I'm sure remembering our past mistakes are to remind us never to repeat them.
I thank God for your teachings. I will pray that God will continue to give you the patience and humility you show to all of us who listen. Thank you for this particular teaching because many times when I sin. The enemy try to bring doubt that I am not saved. Please pray for me to continue in this war and that God will give me strength to persevere.

I came to Jesus in 1976 at 17.... it then led me to move into a communal group but sadly the “ leader “ had an agenda; to exploit us for financial gain and keep us there with fear tactics and using Bible verses, etc....I stayed for nearly 10 years afraid to leave, yet have been out for over 35 years and I saw clearly that it was not a healthy place but I still know that Jesus is Lord and coming soon. That cult was my introduction to the Bible but thank God I was brave enough to leave and still want Jesus

I have been struggling for years....I need this!
Yes are so true Pastor Tiff. I was going through this, not assured if I was going to get eternal life. I was very active in church and Sunday school teacher. But living in sin and thought that no one in church knew. Trying to get out if that habitual sin. Asking God daily to help me. God is so faithful, the Holy Spirit helped me, I was completely healed spiritually and physically. Forgot to mention that living in that habitual sin, I was often struck with sickness and ailments, and never at peace. Always trying to justify myself to close friends. I love my Jesus. King David said in Psalms "it was good that I was affected that I may KNOW AND UNDERSTAND your statutes."
God is able to forgive, heal. and deliver. He is a God of mercy.

02/10/2023 Dear Brother Tiff, I am 52.
My Mum and Dad were Pastors of a small church. I grew up with the teachings of the word of God, in fact your style of teaching reminds a lot of my Dad who is still with us thank God, and as a little girl I always loved the Lord, as I grew up I never doubted my salvation yet I don't have an exact date of when I accepted Jesus in my heart, he has always been there. But one particular day, I clearly remember I was at a home prayer meeting, I was around 12 years old I don't remember the date but I vividly remember hearing the voice of the Lord saying to me, "My little daughter Natalina, I have saved you".
Years later as I was chatting with the same people where we had the prayer meeting that day, I mentioned this to them thinking that they would have heard this voice too, it was that clear, but they said they didn't hear anything. This to me is a confirmation that yes I am saved and I Praise God for His endless LOVE for me.

I have/had doubts of my salvation and its simply because saying you "know" you're going in the rapture and to Heaven...seems arrogant and egotistical. We HOPE we're going and we can do our best to be right with God before that time comes. I did that last night in depth. No matter how many times i ask forgiveness and try my best to be a good person every day and be a good friend/daughter/mother etc...i still struggle and ive been a Christian my entire life, but i was born again in 2016 and again in 2024. I lack assurance mainly because i have self worth issues and dont ever feel worthy no matter what i do. Like im never good enough. I hope this video makes me feel a little more at ease. Your other videos have helped decrease my anxieties significantly and I thank you so much for that Tiff. i will say publicly on this video i recieve Christ by watching these videos from Tiff. ❤❤❤

I received Christ as my Lord 2 years ago and repented of my sins! Then unfortunately backslided for a while but when the war in Israel broke out I regained my faith and salvation in my Lord Jesus Christ! I love him with all my heart soul and mind!❤️ and enjoy praying to him and the Father in heaven!

I have a perfectionist personality, which I believe to be a sin. I am very harsh on myself and also because of my upbringing, I am never good enough! Therefor this constant fear that I am not saved. I am from S Africa. Please pray for me to be able to love myself too.

I have doubted my salvation because I never measured up with my parents. I always disappointed them because I didn't want what they wanted for me and I believe the 10 Commandments, and the one about honoring your mother and father. But it wasn't that I didn't want to it was just that my goals in life weren't what they wanted for me. So, if my parents weren't happy with me, how could God be happy with me. I still am not sure. I just never measured up. I am 76 now and my parents are long gone and I am still not sure I am saved to this day. My younger brother is sure but I am still on the ledge about it and staring into an abyss.
There is more mercy given to the new believer......but don't use that an excuse. Truth and Godliness are High Standards. The sooner we all face that reality, that Truth, the better. God is merciful and good. It is up to us to not abuse His mercy.
As a new born believer, there is no excuse. That implies excuse for sin, when the most important understanding is a Holy Spirit led DESIRE to become better and to ask for forgiveness when falling into the old self... often at first perhaps and less often as ones faith grows. Any Christian can makes excuses for sin, but to whom?

Sometimes I wonder if I'm saved but then I know I am. I was 11 or 12 most likely because my early adult years, no one would have believed it. God was the last thing on my mind for many years.
I think it's Satan putting doubt in our minds.

I'm sure of my salvation, I'm 60 years old and in February I gave my Heart to my Lord Jesus Christ, I have issues seeing to read the Bible just can't do it because of my eyesight, can a Christian live without reading the Bible I read it when I was younger but I can no longer read it so I use video and audio to hear the word of the Lord is that okay?

The Devil will always lie to people,that god will not forgive you,because you messed up so much. I often wonder why God didn’t just cast Satan and his fallen Angles into hell and close the gates and throw away the key and let him be forgotten,after Satan tried to exalt himself above god?

I struggle with smoking cigarettes. I have tried to quit many times, along with prayer but still have the desire to smoke. I am not sure if that is a sin or not. I don't think it is, but it is not pleasing to God. Do you believe it is a sin or not?
Our bodies are God's creation and temple. Perhaps embracing that awareness will help you to want to stay clean in the Temple. Good wishes to you.
I have been smoke free since June 23 2021. I use something called on! You will be able to slowly and confidently stop smoking. It is save for you. Ask God to help you also and when you want a secret command satan "get though behind me Satan!" That worked for Jesus and remember God gave us power against the devils. You got this with Gods help. Keep trying. You will win!
- I once heard a preacher humorously say; “smoking will not send you to hell, it will just make you smell like you’ve been there.” 😉 I do not believe that smoking will keep you from salvation, however, God certainly wants to free you from every harmful addiction in your life. My wife’s father died from cancer related to smoking when she was 16 years old. It is difficult to see anyone struggle with addiction, and especially when it cuts their life short. I pray that God will strengthen you to win this struggle. Don’t ever give up on God, he will never give up on you.

Pastor Shuttlesworth, is not your hearing the preacher preach and suddenly getting the feeling he is a false prophet something like judging someone? I often get these "traffic light" signals and thought it was judging and was worried I was sinning.

2. I do read the Bible with the help of a Concordance Book.
3. I know God and Jesus both love me, and I love them.
4 . I am not the naughty, sinful type. I am a teacher.
5. I do not struggle with the question of my Salvation. I am now in my old age, waiting to be welcome home to Heaven. God had taken away all my sins... so I have no sins: you got it?
