❗ If you are experiencing the error of the animation only moving the head but not the body is because a Fortnite update broke all retargeting. It will eventually work once Epic fixes it, but in the meantime, this is something you can do to fix it: - Take the mixamo skeletal mesh, drop it in the map and add it to a level sequence - Add the animation you want to the skeletal mesh in the level sequence and put in and out in the beginning and end of the animation - Right click on the skeletal mesh in the level sequence and Bake to Animation Sequence. That will give you a new baked animation sequence. Save it. - Now, retarget that new Baked animation sequence like its shown in this tutorial and it should work Let's hope in a future update this gets fixed soon! Thank you for the kind words! And for recording I used the Cinematic Viewport and put it in full screen. Then in Adobe Premiere I just scaled it so it filled the entire screen. Is not the best way to record cinematics but for the tutorial I think it was enough. If you want to record high quality I would recommend playing it in Fortnite with no hud and recording the screen.
This is incredible! How might I make the character device leverage the player's current skin? Also would be great to know how to teleport these character devices to player current locations? Which I guess means the sequence's locations would need to be relative to the character and not the world, right?

Not sure if there is a problem with Mixamo, but last 3 animations I've imported are stuck or moving only the head. I have imported 2 before that and they work. Any clue? There are Running_crawl, Low_crawl and Zombie_Scream.

No it’s only for the character device it doesn’t make your character do anything unfortunately
