We know about the honey pot virus the CIA has that has you download a massive collection of this material from THEIR OWN servers. So no, I don't take at face value the allegations, it's just that a majority of convictions for this material seem to follow the same pattern, they suspect somebody of doing something, seize their shit, find little to no evidence of the thing they were looking for, but for some reason find a massive haul of the one thing that is a crime just to have in your possession. Since the material is so "sensitive" we don't really get much in the way of proof that it wasn't planted evidence, nobody questions it, they get thrown in jail and subsequently murdered by other prisoners before he can really speak out on what actually happened.

I have a discord account that got completely nuked and no longer exists. It's more common than you'd think. In my case it was for "doxxing" because i referred to a user by the name they have in their linked spotify account. But then again this was back when discord had a trust and safetly, maybe now its more rare.

The largest distributor of CSAM is the US government, and the fun part is... we always take at face value that "oh lookie we found this stuff on his account"
Of course they're not going to show proof, or have receipts to make it clear that it wasn't planted after they seized his machine. And his story seems exactly like the situation where the CIA/NSA would resort to this tactic, we have inconclusive evidence of him leaking classified documents, but not enough of a guarantee for those charges to stick the landing, so we pump some CSAI onto his account after we seize it, show it to a jury or judge and get the man thrown in Jail where he will probably be killed by the inmates before he can spread the story that he was set up.
We know about the honey pot virus the CIA has that has you download a massive collection of this material from THEIR OWN servers. So no, I don't take at face value the allegations, it's just that a majority of convictions for this material seem to follow the same pattern, they suspect somebody of doing something, seize their shit, find little to no evidence of the thing they were looking for, but for some reason find a massive haul of the one thing that is a crime just to have in your possession. Since the material is so "sensitive" we don't really get much in the way of proof that it wasn't planted evidence, nobody questions it, they get thrown in jail and subsequently murdered by other prisoners before he can really speak out on what actually happened.

also they have a database so they can actually locate the victims in the videos, it's used for facial recognition and also to provide info to agencies like ncmec to help match the kids in the videos to actual missing persons reports and provide their possible whereabouts

Those aren't charges, those are circumstantial evidence at best, or absolutely nothing. But like seriously, if you knew you had CSAM images in your discord would you consent to a search?

The government doesn't care about protecting children, the way the law works none of the victims in the video or images can even use those as evidence against their molester. The law does more to protect the perpetrators than the victims, and with most of Jeff's clients being the elite and politicians you can see why the law is built the way it is, it's illegal to have evidence of CSA (especially against politicians and the super rich) and nobody questions it. I'm pointing out that while the potential for this guy to be a creep exists, we have caught government agencies planting this evidence with this motive in the past, and it matches the usual procedure almost perfectly.

I have a discord account that got completely nuked and no longer exists. It's more common than you'd think. In my case it was for "doxxing" because i referred to a user by the name they have in their linked spotify account. But then again this was back when discord had a trust and safetly, maybe now its more rare.
Did they also completely erase it right away and all of it's content was also gone?
@@KaiBannon It took 2-3 days but all the content was gone. No "deleted user" thing, no messages, nothing. I contacted them the day of and it took a few days for a response, in which they said it was too late as every trace of the account was already deleted fully. It was a while ago though.
