we can use allays to collect scattered blocks while building a building and that is very helpful, I also hope that in the 1.20 update later Mojang will add the copper golems that lose in the mob vote so there will be 3 golems in minecraft.
There actually are three golems
Iron golems, snow golems and end golems (shulkers)

Because the shulker's png file is called "ender.golem.png"

You can't kill the Allay when you give him something because you create a magic connection with him (it's written in the wiki) and you can't kill him even with TNT, but other players can, althrough he regenerates 1 heart per second, he his almost invincible.
Edit: other mobs can kill him, infact a skeleton can hit him with an arrow that was aimed to you, and a creeper can hit him with the explosion, but he will die only if the creeper one shot him, because he regenerates very quickly.

3:23 They're immune to attacks from the player they're following. Didn't know it even applied to TNT chain reactions, tho.

-you can find him in pillager outpost vor mansion
-if you give any item to the allay he will follow you
-he gives you your items Ehen they drop
-if you tape in the noteblock he will drop your items there
-alleys take fire and Lava damage
-alleys can drown
-he is immortal Ehen Holding any item
-if he brings you a cake you unlocked a New achievment named:youve got a friend
-the warden can kill the allay even Ehen hes Holding items
All the mobs can kill him, a creeper have killed my allay, only you can't kill him

The allay was a decent mob but personally I feel we should’ve gotten the copper golem, we all wanted a new golem for years now, and instead of getting a new golem we got the allay, now the allay isn’t the worst mob ever, just seems so strange to me for the MC community to refuse getting a cool new golem in favor of the allay. (This is only my opinion you can like the allay)

I do think that this is a ghost of the minecraft people who were killed by vindicators and pillagers, since they spawn on pillager outposts, this supports that the fact that the pillagers executed them and their souls stayed on where their body was originally from, also the fact that ghosts can float and fly which is the same since the allay can fly and float. dark theory moment.

Fact number 8 isnt true for multiplayer, any player can still attack the allay even if its given an item.

@@davidmaya4438 The allay will continue to wander around, though if it still holds the item I'm sure it will go near you if you're within it's range/radius.

When you say that the allay is imortal when you give it an item the allay will be imortal of any demage caused by you the skeletons can damage the allay the wither can kill the allay with an item with its first explosion and normally but the allay when you give it an item only receive a good regeneration the allay doesn't recieved any damage of the tnt because you actived the tnt you can't damage the allay but only you I'm obviusly talking about the allay that you gave a item

If they have an item in their hands I’m pretty sure they won’t if you are afk or off the world. I’m 80% sure if you keep them in a small room and with a name tag they won’t despawn, I just found my first two Allays tonight.
